After months of needing some work done on our driveshaft AND getting numerous opinions on what exactly we needed, with of course, a bunch of different $$$$ quotes, we happened upon Mr. Driveshaft on our journey (we travel around quite a bit). Thank goodness I called them, they did exactly what we wanted and needed without any BS, fancy quotes, hours in the shop, etc. When I called, I told them we had a special driveline disconnect for towing, the guy immediately put Joe on the phone. Ty was very helpful and told me that I just need to charge the battery because the charge was low. I also learned where the jumper cables would hook up if I ever needed it (different than my old car). We saw leaves under the hood near the windshield and he helped me take them out. Told another week. Shipped out on the 17th but didn't get notification til the 18th. And after all this time, item is delivered to the incorrect address on the complete opposite side of the US.
