Ordered brake lines on May 1st. Didn't get any shipping notification so I called on the 4th. Was told they were to ship out next week. Inconvenient but fine. Called again on the 10th. Told another week. Shipped out on the 17th but didn't get notification til the 18th. And after all this time, item is delivered to the incorrect address on the complete opposite side of the US. I have not made any Yelp reviews before this one but felt I had to! I was looking to place an order online for over $1500. So, like anyone that's impatient I decided to call to verify if they had the parts I was inquiring about in stock so I could request overnight priority. As soon as I got an answer the guy sounded like he hated his life! I said "Hello, I am calling just to verify you guys have the parts I want to order in stock so I can place my order online and have it shipped overnight." then the person that answered replied in a snobby tone "We can't ship all items overnight! You can't just select overnight online and get your parts overnight if it's not instock!!" I purchased my intake for my car here.... I like them because they are a local NJ business with pretty good prices.

The business practices of this company are extremely poor at best. I was misled to believe they had a item in stock of which they did not they then postpone delivery for 6 weeks and after 4 weeks canceled the order .my clients vehicle was taken apart and waiting for this unit and I had verified with both this company and the company that was manufacturing the part for this company that this part would be available . they sold it to me a price that was fair took my money and then as they found it would cost them more to have this part manufactured and delivered they cancelled my order. This is put my shop in a very disturbing situation within a very irate customer. read more

I ordered rims but they didn't fit my truck and I tried calling Ultra Rev so I can exchange them for a different size and or get my money back. I followed their instructions and even paid for shipping back to them and never got anything in return. I've been calling, emailing, leaving voicemails but they never pick up the phone. Tried to return a brand new part, not even opened, and they want to charge a HUGE restocking fee and "extra fees" because you got a price match, RUDE customer service and NOT HELPFUL at all. Seems like its a single or two person operation of resellers, same person answers all time. Should have gone with a larger well known company that was $20 more and save all this hassle. read more
