When my husband went inside the salesman AARON was sitting in his office with the light out. I guess that should have been an indication he didn't want to be bothered. When my husband told him why we were there the first words out of his mouth was "did you buy it here?" My husband told him it is a certified pre owned so we could take it to any Cadillac dealer. This man was rude and had a terrible attitude. All I needed was a little help but I certainly didn't get it. He was so rude to me and he seemed like he was mad about something. I told him he was being rude. His reply was that I was there asking for his help and I called him a jerk. It went from bad to worse. I told him I was going to call the manager and Cadillac, he said to call whoever I wanted. He also told us not to step in his door again and called my husband a nasty vulgar name as he walked away. I've never been treated like that before. AARON is a rude angry man. If he tries to help you I would suggest you walk away. I was excited to get help with a couple of thing on my new car but I left with no help and angry. I have complained to management and to my knowledge nothing was done about this. As the usual salesman is, he was looking out for himself than anyone else and once the deal was made he was very hands off and didn't care very much. During the test drive, I noticed that it wasn't too smooth stopping. The sales person indicated that it hadn't been driven in a while and that's common. I was skeptical, but I believed him. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the truck shook vigorously at when stopping at increased speeds. I emailed the salesperson and he said to bring it in so they can look at it. After I brought it in, I was asked if I had been riding the truck hard because the brakes and rotors were shot. WHAT!? I've had the truck for less than a week and I'm asked if I personally did this?? I was outraged. Jason indicated that they would take care of me. During my wait, the tech came in and told me he took a test drive and was curious how the rotors were bad because he just had turned them. SO, the dealership KNEW that the brakes and rotors were bad from the beginning and didn't want to tell me. After all was said and done, they would not cover the cost of the brakes and rotors even though it was their fault. This dealership and the sales people/management that work their are dirty and I do not suggest having service or purchasing a car from there.
