Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

I took the car to the dealer, and I was told the tire sensor is not compatible with my Benz. The dealer installed the new tire sensor, and it was working well, so I returned the old sensor I was given by the dealer . On 04/26/2025, when I returned the tire sensor to Advance Auto Parts, store #06301 at 1209 MacDale Blvd., Collingdale, PA, where I bought it, the attendant that I attended to, a white lady that I brought it for , told me that the sensor I returned was not the right one and showed me the right one. I looked at the box to see the number, and I was wrong. I told her that's what the mechanic that took the sensor out gave me. I took pictures of the right one, and as I was stepping out, I overheard the cashier telling her coworker that I tried to use it on her and that I am a thief, and immediately I told her she's wrong. This is disrespectful. I am a veteran; $49 is nothing.

An employee came up to the counter and asked if anyone was helping me, to which I told him no. Instead of responding to me, he picked up the ringing phone asking the person on the other end of the line to hold. He then looked at me saying nothing, so I proceeded to tell him my car was throwing codes and I needed to get it hooked up to the code reader to figure out the problem. He told me he could not help me because he was "just a driver" and I would have to wait on the one associate who was helping someone else. I said okay and stood and waited for approximately 10 minutes. After this time, the sales associate began ringing up the other customer at the cash register and the "driver" began speaking to the associate even before the transaction was completed. He was confirming that the code reader was broken! Wait, what?! Yes, you heard it right, the "driver" made me wait just to tell me information he already knew! The best part...after calling the customerservicenumber to duscuss this experience, I came to learn that they have a whole team dedicated to ensuring faulty equipment is replaced immediately and this store never even reported this damage!

This Wawa was no different. I am a Wawa newbie. My party obtained gas and utilized their restroom facility here. Restroom facility is relatively clean. Again, gas price was $4.56 per gallon and still waiting for downward trajectory. The retail space is larger than the standard 7-Eleven competitor and significantly well organized and cleaner. Staff is welcoming and attentive to non-Pennsylvanians like myself and my party. Unfortunately, there is only one ginger ale soda brand available. I purchased ginger ale to reduce my motion sickness of being in a car for four continuous hours on the road driving. Ginger ale is the only soda I drink as I stop consuming all other soda types/brands. Wawa practice penny rounding when payment is cash since the initiation followed by executive directive from No. 47 of the discontinuation for the U.S. penny (utterly despondent). It is indicated on the sales receipt as "Coin shortage." I did obtain my sales receipt which indicate the penny rounding implemented.
