An employee came up to the counter and asked if anyone was helping me, to which I told him no. Instead of responding to me, he picked up the ringing phone asking the person on the other end of the line to hold. He then looked at me saying nothing, so I proceeded to tell him my car was throwing codes and I needed to get it hooked up to the code reader to figure out the problem. He told me he could not help me because he was "just a driver" and I would have to wait on the one associate who was helping someone else. I said okay and stood and waited for approximately 10 minutes. After this time, the sales associate began ringing up the other customer at the cash register and the "driver" began speaking to the associate even before the transaction was completed. He was confirming that the code reader was broken! Wait, what?! Yes, you heard it right, the "driver" made me wait just to tell me information he already knew! The best part...after calling the customerservicenumber to duscuss this experience, I came to learn that they have a whole team dedicated to ensuring faulty equipment is replaced immediately and this store never even reported this damage!

The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Saul, the wonderful counter person from Lititz Pike called ahead to have this pulled for me so I could be in/out. This was my first time at this location and it was night and day from the other. The shelves were stocked, floor was clean, and there were several employees waiting at the counter to assist me. Unfortunately the young fellow I got couldn't follow directions or maybe understand english well enough because when I told him my order was pulled at the counter he proceeded to try to retrieve it fresh from the shelf. When I yelled back to him ( I could see my order sitting one register over) he ignored me and I had to get one of the other staff members to tell him to stop looking while they scanned me out. Not a huge deal and maybe he was just overanxious and too eager to please. I don't know but he clearly had the deer in headlights look on his face when I spoke to him and presented him my prepaid pick up slip and spoke very little if any at all. The second staff member was prompt and got me in/out quickly. Another positive - this location was less crowded than the other. However getting in/out of their parking lot from the fast moving Lincoln Highway is a bit of a hassle.

I took the car to the dealer, and I was told the tire sensor is not compatible with my Benz. The dealer installed the new tire sensor, and it was working well, so I returned the old sensor I was given by the dealer . On 04/26/2025, when I returned the tire sensor to Advance Auto Parts, store #06301 at 1209 MacDale Blvd., Collingdale, PA, where I bought it, the attendant that I attended to, a white lady that I brought it for , told me that the sensor I returned was not the right one and showed me the right one. I looked at the box to see the number, and I was wrong. I told her that's what the mechanic that took the sensor out gave me. I took pictures of the right one, and as I was stepping out, I overheard the cashier telling her coworker that I tried to use it on her and that I am a thief, and immediately I told her she's wrong. This is disrespectful. I am a veteran; $49 is nothing.

Original review below: New owners - Price for service now 50% higher! For those who didn't know Stoner Wade was purchased by Susquehanna Dodge. I have been buying from and getting service from Stoner Wade for over 15 years, but Susquehanna Dodge ruined it before I could even give them a chance. I had heard Stoner changed owners so I expected higher service prices on my next visit. (The new owners will need money to pay back the buying the dealership, right?) But heavens above they're trying to make it all back in few weeks. Service rates, that's the hourly charge charge for service work, jumped from $90 per hour to $130! That almost a 50% increase. Then I found the main salespeople I've dealt with for years have left or are leaving. Both of the service people I spoke to were also leaving. How evil must the new owner be to drive out so many employees so soon? I used to rave about the quality of work, the caring nature of the staff and how reasonable pricing was (not cheap, reasonable.) Sadly the new owners have already decided to drive off the one thing that pays the bills, customers. Must be an accountant in charge now. The service manager came out and told me I needed rear brake pads for it to pass. I teach engine technology at a technical college high school and was a ASE master technician in the past, which gives me a little bit of car knowledge. Anyway, I told him to go ahead and replace the pads, thinking the cost would be, worst case 3-4 hundred. He came right back out and told me it would be $661.00. Told him not to do it, I would and bring the truck back. I know dealerships make their money in the shop and I expect them to make a fair profit on every repair, but I'm sorry, that price was just not right or fair. No way you can ever convince me it is. I drove straight to CarQuest. and bought the rear pads for $28.00 went to the school and replaced them in less than forty minutes, after which I went straight back to the dealer. I was then hit with a re-inspection fee of $47.00 to have them just look at the rear brakes which would take but a few minutes. I could see that fee if I came back at a later date, but the same day and already a loyal customer. Well, I hope the $47.00 dollars was worth losing a loyal customer. Loyal customer meaning a customer you can TRUST who keeps coming back and spending their hard earned money at your business. What about being able to TRUST the dealership??? That TRUST was broken today.
