At my initial visit, I was told they were "working as designed". At another visit, I was told the problem was caused by my EZPass. It ultimately took six visits, extensive documentation, and considerable persistence before the issue was properly addressed when VW issued Service Bulletin 94-26-01, documenting a "ghost operation," which was my exact problem. What was particularly troubling was how I was treated while trying to have a legitimate warranty concern addressed. During one visit, the technician asked if I was a "girly girl" who applied makeup, brushed her hair, and sprayed products in the car. He stated that "girls do what girls do" and that products will "jack up" the steering column and cause issues. These gender based assumptions further delayed the diagnosis of a legitimate warranty claim. Instead of focusing on the mechanical problem I was reporting, the technician shifted the focus to stereotypical assumptions about my behavior as a woman and suggested that I was potentially responsible for the malfunction. This experience was further compounded when, after the fix was finally applied, I discovered a dent and scratch on the driver's side that had not been present when I dropped off the vehicle. I notified the service director, who stated they would "air" on the side of taking responsibility and did arrange repairs. I am sharing this experience because I believe customers, particularly women bringing legitimate warranty concerns to this dealership, deserve to be taken seriously, treated professionally, and have their concerns evaluated without gender-based assumptions. The problem with my car was real. Volkswagen ultimately documented the exact defect. The way I was treated while trying to get it addressed was the part I should not have had to experience.

The lady tracks where the truck is and says the guy is "in my area" and "shouldn't be more than a few minutes." ANOTHER hour goes by... By this point my workplace had closed and I'm sitting in my car. Pretty ticked off, I call again at 4:39 - nobody picked up (probably recognizing my number). Tried again at 4:43 and left an unsatisfactory message this time. FINALLY, at 5:00, this guy pulls up. He's plays it off like it was no big deal he was 2 hours late and then adds: "sorry, but I don't have all of the cash for your car. I used some of it to buy a cheeseburger at McDonald's." To say the least, I was in disbelief. Luckily he worked out a way to Venmo me. The cash was all crumpled up in his pocket - extremely unprofessional. He then called his office to work out details and the same lady picked up (so I know she was there, avoiding my missed calls). We got it all figured out and they left with the car, but holy rip. 2 hours late and spent my cash at Mickey D's... I'll never deal with this company again. You've been warned

My sister made an appointment for running boards for my dads truck and asked if I would go with…read moreher. We were getting them for him as his birthday/Father's Day gift. When we arrive at the shop we were early for the 4PM appointment. We went in only 5 minutes early to check in and drop off the truck. There were two people behind the counter and it took a few minutes for them to be free to talk to us. My sister told the lady she was there for her appointment. The lady asked her name. Couldn't find anything. Asked phone number, couldn't find anything... went through the computer nothing... kept looking and then asked what we were there for/what they were doing today for us. We told her we were there to get running boards installed on my dads truck. She said ok let me go see if we have them here... like ummmmmmm what?!? My sister called roughly a month-month and a half ahead of time to arrange everything. We waited and finally the lady came back and said that they did indeed have the boards but couldn't find a work order or special order. Nothing. I had a picture of the business card with what was being done and price for the boards and installation which my sister sent me. It was their card. Finally after what seemed like an eternity the lady found the barely completed paperwork for the order/work order/appointment and apparently whoever set up the order and appointment took the bare minimum of information and didn't enter any of it in the computer. Thank God I had a picture of the card with quoted price or Who knows what they would of tried to charge us. We were going to wait for the boards to be installed expect there is no where to actually wait inside the store. Let alone barely enough room to move around. They did manage to write down on the paperwork that we were "waiting" on it so that was one thing that was accounted for. We were told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. We decided since there was no where to wait we would leave and come back. We came back a little early and waited in the lot till it was a few minutes after the hour and a half and when we went in they were occupied and we had to just hang out and keep ourselves occupied till we were told they were still working on it but it shouldn't be much longer. Mind you we are at less than 30 minutes till they closed. 30 minutes to close quickly turned to 20 and then to 15. 15 to 10, 10 to 5, 5 to close and still no truck . Sometime after 6 and us awkwardly standing around in a few different small spaces inside we finally got told the truck was done. I paid and we headed out. The running boards looked great. Job well done. It's been almost a month and they are doing good. We are happy overall with everything. There was good and bad so I want to be fair.
