Recently, I purchased my second Rav 4 Hybrid from Cochran Toyota and Salesman, Chad H. This was actually the 4th car my family has purchased with Chad. I was unfortunately in an auto accident and my Rav 4 was a total loss. I am convinced that the many safety features on my Rav protected me from more serious injury. I checked the Cochran website to see what was available and called Chad to set up a meeting. I do have to acknowledge all of the staff at Cochran Toyota. They could not have been more attentive or accommodating. The purchase of the car was seamless. Because it arrived on site sooner than I anticipated, I was not recovered enough from my injuries to drive it home. Chad offered to keep it on the lot until my son could come for it and even offered to have some of the lot attendants deliver it to me if my son was not available (he was). Several months ago, I called around to different dealers needing to see a particular model vehicle - the new Toyota Grand Highlander. One of the salespeople, Greg Cooper, answered the phone and said there was one available and he'll said that he definitely can show me the car. I mentioned to him I had to take some vacation time off work early to get there if he can arrange it (about 2 hours off work). Before I left, I called him and left a message that I will be there as scheduled. After rearranging my day, rescheduling calls, and asked to take off early, I fought traffic for nearly an hour to finally get to the dealership. Mind you, I never gotten any call back from him the entire time after the voicemail. Finally, got there for a test drive and he had the nerve to tell me they didn't have it and it was picked up a few hours ago!!! How would you rate this experience? read more

My experience is similar to most dealers. I told them I want to buy a truck, and asked to get the deal done asap. I sent required documents, including financing from my bank. I was told finance would contact me within minutes to close deal. I hadn't heard from them, so called and asked what's up. I was told finance would contact me shortly, they were short-staffed. Dealerships have mostly men, it's a shame especially when a broad wants a truck, it was more difficult than it should have been. They slap really cheap tires on brand new expensive cars, you'd think cochran could do better. The finance guy does not pay attention when you're talking, I walked out paying more just so I didn't have to deal with him longer. Our 15-year-old Corolla was having transmission problems that could not be repaired. My husband spent at least 2 weeks looking for possible replacements. He found a Camry at #1 Cochran Toyota and said we should look at it. It was in Greensburg and we live in Beaver County, but if you find a good deal you travel for it - and boy did we ever! The car was in fantastic shape, the price was right, and Jon Fink is an easy, pleasant salesperson to work with. We hadn't taken the title for our car with us, because who ever believes they're going to buy a car the first time they see it - right?! We let Jon know that we wanted to purchase the car and he worked with us to schedule another appointment. That appointment fell through because of an issue with their title for the Camry, but they got that fixed expeditiously and we are now very happy owners of a 2017 Toyota Camry! During the purchase process Lee gave us a free oil change and a free inspection (which we can use at any Cochran dealership), and didn't try to strong-arm us into purchasing a warranty. My car engine blue on me last Wednesday and I was in desperate need of a car having two children. I spent hours and hours looking for the right car that would fit our family but also something that I would be able to afford with the way the car industry is right now. I found a car online and called up number one Cochran Toyota of North hills first thing Friday morning to ask if they had this particular car in stock. I gave Dave my credit score, a mount down that I was willing to pay and also what I wanted to pay per month and asked if this car was going to be something that I could afford. He took the time over the phone to see if it would fit my financial needs and he said yes and told me to come in and test drive it and then we would figure out all the details after that. I was a nervous wreck because I also had my son's first birthday party the next day that I had to cook and prepare for and didn't have time to spare. I got to the dealership and he had everything ready for me to go We took the car for a test drive came back and then I started the paperwork got the approval and the final numbers to match under what I wanted and I was able to walk out the door with my car a few hours later. Dave was absolutely amazing and did a great job to make me laugh and convince me that everything was going to be okay even though he knew I was complete nervous wreck about it and stressed out to no end because of my situation.
