I was under the impression that the vehicle was in good working condition and was never informed of any previous mechanical issues. I purchased a "bumper to bumper" warranty and accepted the vehicle. A couple of weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle I broke down on the interstate and had to be towed. I do not know what the dealer did to get the car running but about 2 weeks later I again broke down on the interstate and had to be towed. This time the dealer told me I needed a new battery ($395) which I found unsatisfactory when I had just purchased the vehicle. I informed the dealer that I was not happy with the vehicle. I am a 73 year old veteran that suffered a stroke in 2022 and must travel to the VA hospital frequently. I cannot risk breaking down constantly. I began to experience additional electronic issues with the vehicle (blue tooth not working, maintenance lights coming on and off and the air bag failure light staying on). The dealer informed me that I needed a software upgrade for several hundred dollars. Each time I went to the dealer with an issue I was told that I needed to pay a $200 diagnostic fee to determine if the problem was covered by my warranty (it never was). I was in a bad situation as I fell behind on my auto payments as I kept having to pay for repairs. I asked the dealer to trade out the vehicle but he said he could not do that. I was searching through the glove box and found an envelope that contained all the previous owner's personal information (address, phone number, etc) and copies of repair invoices from this dealer for many of the same issues I was experiencing. I feel that the dealer knew this vehicle had serious issues but chose to resale it any way. It is my contention this dealer took advantage of me by selling a vehicle with known issues and a warranty of no value. As a result I have to surrender the vehicle with possible negative impact on my credit as I cannot afford to have continual repair costs and risk breaking down constantly. It is disgraceful that a dealer would treat a 73 year old veteran this way for the purpose of making a dollar.

Tire Mart charged me next to nothing compared to the trust I have and have had in them servicing my truck. Only the oil. They have always done quality work for me. Our car overheated with coolant everywhere, left the car there. It took them 3 days and they replaced the busted hose but they did Not investigate further. As a result we got stranded after 10 miles. Back to Tire Mart so they can see what happened. He said they tested the radiator (for blockage) three times and "it's not the radiator ", then insisted to keep it to "figure it out" again. It remained three for over 2 weeks with excuses such as : "we don't have enough mechanics" and "we tested everything and it's Ok". We felt helpless but we're not fools. After recommending to them to conduct a "pressure test " for the radiator and to check sensor and the water pump, their answer was that everything "seems Ok". Really??? We had the vehicle rolled back to Broward county, into the Nissan Dealership. We received an answer in 4 hours, it was the radiator. They said it's not only "blocked" but it was "rusted", along with the thermostat. These are things that they can see if they truly conducted the tests. I DO NOT trust them and I know I was lied to.

The sign on the door said opens at 9:00 but did not have a closing time, so I assumed they were open until 5:00. The open sign was lit, the door was unlocked and there was a man sitting at the counter inside. I went in and asked about replacing stereos in 2 different vehicles. He was really rude and talked to me like I was interrupting his day, although he was doing nothing. After I told him what I needed, he said "well we do close at 4:00". I apologized and said I was sorry I did not see that anywhere. He replied "Well what were you doing all day, to come in here now?" in a very rude voice. I WAS WORKING, jerk. He finally gave me an estimate for the screen replacement for the Jeep. I then specifically asked about how much for the part itself and the installation, and he just said "I don't know."
