Brakes made a funny noise they'd never heard before but ultimately it wasn't their fault, tires wound up having a manufacturing defect so not their fault either, and alignment they redid but the steering wheel was still off center while driving. So big picture - nothing out of this world in terms of expectations of their abilities to fix.) Instead, they call and tell me "It's not a good fit working with you." This is work they originally did, that I even offered to pay for it to be checked again, and they're now telling me "We're not working with you anymore. Find someone else." I would stay away from any mechanic that doesn't stand by the work they do.

She kept talking over me and would not allow me to suggest how they handle potential customers in the future. I ended the call after she continued to speak over me and then said "your review won't affect our business because they know us." Then why did you call me? Here in America consumers have every right to leave reviews and share their experiences. The customer is always right. All of my reviews are left with integrity and because of the attitude and rudeness I will share this on social media and escalate it.
