Any time I have gone to this location it has always been a pleasant experience in customer service and finding whatever I am looking for. The staff are kind and helpful, even hands-on. One time I needed help locating the correct and changing my windshield wipers. The gentleman behind the counter helped me find the right pair, assisted me at the register, and changed the wipers for me - all while showing me how easy it is to do it myself next time. Another recent time, I needed help replacing a dying key fob battery and an employee helped me from start to finish. I really appreciated his patience and willingness because I know the dealership itself would not have gone above or beyond (and they would not have held back overcharging me). If you're ever in the area and need stop by, do not hesitate! Called Advanced Auto Parts on a day the weather was hovering around freezing (and it was snowing lightly) and not only did they have the car battery I needed it stock, they came outside in the cold and replaced the battery for me at no extra charge. I'm definitely a fan of the Speed Perks membership for Advance Auto Parts, as well as the ability to purchase online and pick up in person. The staff I've dealt with here is pretty good, helpful and friendly, which I appreciate when I'm swinging by here with two tots in tow. This location also has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to parking spaces, an extremely slanted small lot on the east side that requires no stairs and a bigger lot on its western border. My only possible points of contention are: The pricing of some of its items, which aren't as competitively priced as you might believe (water pumps, for instance), and the selection of in-stock items. If I want a top-shelf brand of battery or inner tie rod, I would likely go elsewhere or order online. But for quotidian automotive needs, I'm glad to have AAP so close to home! read more

Stopped here recently when in the neighborhood with some time to kill, having realized I no longer had a snow brush and I was low on windshield washer antifreeze. I was warmly greeted by a clerk at a register. She recommended a different type of washer fluid instead of the one I was holding, a better one with colder temperature tolerance and on sale! I picked up a show brush as well, paid and was on my way. Five stars? This location not only has under trained staff, but the "manager" is BEYOND rude. Her employee couldn't find my warranty in the system and she did nothing to help. And argued with me over the warranty that I was told I have when I called another location 15 minutes earlier. This location doesn't answer the phone. Had me on hold 20 minutes and never came back. I offered the transaction ID as this is what I was told by the other location to do and she refused to use it and told me she wasn't able to assist. Absolute scum. read more
