Not only is the customer service fantastic (which is huge for me, as I am in the industry), but their pricing is honest and cannot be beat. I was called and told what the issue with my vehicle was and what the cost was going to be and ...would I like for them to continue and repair/replace? I mean, this is stuff from my parents' age where the Mechanic calls and tells you what's wrong and what it's going to cost and then asks "would you like for us to go ahead and fix it?" before anything is done to your vehicle. Found on yelp. 1st thing they did was a complete car inspection charging me $100. They then decided it was my oil sensor, but it wasn't, that was $200. They flushed the break system on my approval for $100 but only took the fluid from reservoir and replaced. When this place says flush, its just a reservoir fluid replacement; beware. The manager quoted $1999, I agreed but after he started said he needed another $225 for gaskets, he took $100 off. Overall, the Oil Pump work finally completed was done well thus far, but getting there was expensive and deceptive.
