Ok. This is the first yelp review I have done, but I felt they went so above and beyond that they…read moredeserve a couple minutes of my time. I was driving from Delaware to Michigan. My belt that powers the alternator broke at about midnight. I barely made to the flying j truck stop across the street at about midnight, no lights, car stalled as pulled in. I was there all night. I called them about at half hour before they were scheduled to open. The owner came over in about 5 minutes, took my car away and had me up and going in an hour, putting aside their other work to take care of my emergency. Price was very fair as well. Great customer service, and great work. If I lived in that area, they would be my exclusive auto repair place. 5 stars, THANK YOU guys.

It's insanely hard to rate a car dealership at this time (Fall, 2021 - COVID caused car shortages),…read morebut I had a pleasurable experience when dealing with the sales woman, Bailey, who help my septuagenarian uncle with his new lease on a 2021 Jeep Renegade. Bailey took the time to talk to him/us about leasing/buying options, went through various time lengths, etc. and followed up with a call days later when we took some time to think about a new lease purchase. In the end, she and the staff at Champion are pretty good in this time of no cars. The overall feel at the dealership is not 100% professional; sales staff seem way to relaxed and bored; service staff seemed slightly dismissive and not up to date on issues facing auto owners; and while looking at a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in their showroom, I opened to find it the floor dirty and a panel pulled out with wiring exposed. Having said that, I would recommend them for dealings with seniors/retirees, especially Bailey.

BEAWARE AS THEY THROW YOU ADDITIOBNAL AFTER YOU AGREE TO PURCHASE…read more Was looking for a truck and stopped last week at Champion as we saw a 2018 ram 2500 (121000 miles) listed for sale. we test drove it and liked it but there was another 2022 Ram with 62000 miles and not a high trim as theirs. Today my wife and I decided to see if Champion would be willing to deal with us so we buy their truck. I went in and told the sales person (Thomas) that we had an issue with the heater grid system in the 2018 that would cost us extra money to repair the issue as Dodge wouldn't do aa recall but fixed the problem on the 2025 trucks. The fix would have been a delete system heater grid that cost between 7-800 and 2 hours of labor. They countered at offering $500 off truck price. I re-countered with $1000 and a 5th wheel rail system for our 5th wheel. There was an advertised deal running also on this truck that they would match a down payment up to $2000 and also they dropped the price since we test drove it by an additional $2K. Anyways, Thomas took our deal to the manager (Matt) who was quite loud saying that now we want a 5th wheel rail system. Then after 10 minutes of stall time Thomas came back with the price sheet and showed us the following. New cost not told up front that includes. Theft protection guard at $2000 because they require all of their vehicles to have them because we are close to Detroit. I dont know why I have car insurance then. A reconditioning fee of $1100 that they charge eveyone again that buys a vehicle from them. We had enough and walked from the showroom. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THEIR EXTRAS THEY SAY ARE MANDATORY AS THEY ARE NOT. That is their way of recouping money from the $2000 down payment match and the $650 5th wheel rail system. Will be making a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General, the Better business Bureau and the FTC. One of those three will act.
