They always greet me at the door. And they provide me with friendly and courteous service. Over the years I've had a couple of issues that needed to be corrected. They promptly took care of them to my satisfaction. PRICING/SELECTION: Competitive pricing. When I found a better price they matched it. They have a good selection of tires to choose from. If they're out of stock on a particular tire, they can usually have it available the next day. CERTIFICATES: Their certificates are well worth purchasing. All of my fixable flats were fixed for free. And on several occasions when I've had a sidewall puncture that couldn't be repaired, I got a new tire for the cost of a new certificate. APPOINTMENTS: They're always busy. I highly suggest you make an appointment online; It'll reduce your wait time.

Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. It took about two hours to have just two tires mounted. I take excellent care of my wheels, so I know the condition they were in before bringing them in. After the service, I found fresh scuffs on both of my wheels that were not there beforehand. I spoke with the technician who worked on my wheels, and he told me that the machine never touched my wheels. When I spoke with the manager, Richard E. Lewis, I received a completely different explanation. He told me that their machines do, in fact, touch the wheels and even suggested that expecting my wheels to come back without scuffs was having "high expectations." Hearing two completely different stories made me lose confidence in the honesty and professionalism of the staff. When I asked for the technician's name, Richard refused to provide it and told me that I would only be dealing with him from that point forward. I felt that he was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to take my concerns seriously or accept responsibility for the damage. I spent a good amount of money on two new tires, and I expected my expensive wheels to be returned in the same condition I brought them in. Instead, I left with damaged wheels and poor customer service. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Unfortunately, this location failed in that regard. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

The estimate was over $5000. The second opinion was you don't need any of that but you do need about $100 worth of work. I called corporate and talked to the area manager who said he would look into it and they don't do business that way. Please give us another chance. I took another car in for an oil change. They said I needed necessary maintenance because it was do. I looked in the manual and the car wasn't old enough and had half the mileage listed before manufacture recommended maintenance. I took the car back to the dealer and nope. Not time for that. I took another car in due for oil and inspection. And again a list of necessary things. Again not due. I don't know what happened because it's never been like this before.

While we do admit the repair prices are higher, if you have a vehicle emergency and do not have the liberty to shop around, but you need help- they drop everything to help you. I have taught my teenage drivers how to get service also, by coming here. Just a great place.
