I called a few places to get an idea of a quote for what I thought was likely the cause. The dealer gave a quote that was significantly higher than Integrity. I expected this but it really was surprising how much more. Another repair shop wouldn't even venture a guess, despite my acknowledgement that without seeing it, any suggestion was based on a lot of assumptions that could be wrong. I had my vehicle towed to the shop right before a snow storm was forecasted. They told me it would likely be looked at after the storm passed, but they were able to look at it the same day. They found that I made a mistake I made that cause a bolt to come loose. This was the cause of the noise. They charged me for a bolt and 30 minutes of work. They could have easily made the repair I expected with a significantly higher cost. They called to explain what they found and tell me it was ready. I cannot speak to cost because my resolution was so easy it didn't require long to fix. However the honesty they displayed impressed me. This shop is now a place I will visit when I need help. The complexity of issues I may face with my vehicle means that I could be fleeced, but they earned my trust.

Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure other buyers know to take their business to dealerships that actually value their customers.

If you are unfortunate enough to own this car and experience this issue you know that there is no easy fix. When I arrived I pulled up, handed the tech the keys, and walked inside to check in. Lawrence was so nice and helpful, let me know a time frame, and explained where the restrooms and snacks were located. He also let me know there was a recall that they would also take care of while they had my car back there. After about 3 hours Lawrence called me up and informed me that they were not able to get the sunroof closed and the cost of getting it fixed is almost $11,000. Having just moved 1000 miles from home, looking for a job, and have now loss my reliable transportation I broke down right at his desk. Lawrence proceeded to go talk to other managers to see how he could help me. He mentioned that they could take the headliner down and MAYBE be able to get it closed that way. I had to take the risk. About 4 hours later he comes out to the lobby with a technician named Tristan. Poor Tristan had been fighting with my sunroof all day, but was determined to help me and continued to try everything he could possibly think of. Eventually all his hard work payed off and he was able to get closed and even washed my car for me. These two men may have just been doing their job to other people, but they really did change my life. They offered support, determination, and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Having just moved to Texas this was my first experience with this location and I now will continue to have my car serviced here. P.S. Let this be a reminder to NOT get a Toyota Camry with a panoramic moonroof!!

First off, the good. They have an amazing new shop. Make sure you have the correct address, you…read morecould end up nowhere quick. Once you have the right address, you'll find a huge shop with plenty of bays and two Dyno bays . Everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed talking to everyone there. I took my 69' Charger there because I was lacking power, having troubles hitting 70MPH, and had oil and transmission leaks. They recommended new intake manifold, new carburetor, and I requested a new ignition system, specifically the MSD ignition system. They told me my oil leak was from my valve cover gaskets. When I got the car back, I felt I had more power and was happy with the way the engine bay looked. Even though they replaced my gaskets, my oil leak was not only still there, but now worse than before. I also started noticing issues with my lights afterwards. After I got the car back, the voltage meter would go from 13 volts down to 6 when I turned my lights on. This was not happening before they worked on my car, but when I called and asked, they said they didn't touch anything electrical. I ended up getting referred to a different shop. I asked them to do a bumper to bumper, top to bottom inspection. My oil leak ( which is now worse ) was from my newly installed valve cover gaskets. Another thing they noticed was my throttle cable was connected to the wrong part of my new carburetor. I don't have a picture now because my car is still in the shop , but will get one of the proper placement. Where they put it, at full throttle, I was maybe getting half-throttle. In fairness, I didn't have them fix the valve cover gaskets because it was already at a new shop and honestly, I didn't get a warm fuzzy when they discarded any responsibility on the lights issue after they worked on it. I also called several times to take my car back and had no follow up on their part. That's when I really decided to try the other shop.
