The associate said "We have several, you'll just have to come on down and match it up." His attitude was one of 'couldn't be bothered to look it up for a customer'. I went on AutoZone's website and found it within moments and we drove down to the store in Leesburg. Two employees were in the store. We were the only customers. An elderly gentleman near the front cash register looked up briefly from the computer he was working at long enough to tell us to look on the round rack after we spent several minutes looking for the retainers telling us to look on the round racks. We recognized the voice of the second employee, a younger man using the f-bomb during a discussion with the first employee. We spent awhile looking for the retainers which weren't well organized then realized the item number we were looking for was not there. We left there feeling surprised by the associates seemingly lack of concern or offer to help us find our item. The elderly gentleman never even looked up from the screen as we left. The younger man had left the store while we were still searching for the part. When we went put into the parking lot to leave we saw the younger man getting out of, what I assume was his car. Cigarette break? Who knows? We'll check with Advanced Auto Parts tomorrow and I doubt AutoZone will be our first pick again from here on out. We had an idea of what we wanted and when my in-laws came up, we knew it was the right time to start looking. They are much better at negotiating and asking the right questions than we are! We tried to find a dealership through Costco, but it wasn't giving us one close by, so we went to Headquarter Honda. This is located in Clermont right across from Costco. It was weird that Costco did not send us there but I guess it was something with the offers. However, I am glad we went where we did. We met and worked with Kyle. He was a great salesmen, never judge-y when said possibly a certified preowned, he was not pushy, let us ask all our questions, and even took time to answer my in-laws questions as well. He made the car buying very pleasurable. Surprisingly we came across a certified pre owned, only 2 years old that we absolutely fell in love with. It was such a great price compared to a newer version and had more upgrades! We knew we needed that one before someone else scooped it up or they realized they were giving us a great deal! Kyle took time to show my wife, who will primarily drive it, every button, every extra thing in the car, how everything works. It was like reading the book but being given a demonstration. They even offered the Car Fax so we didn't have to pay for one. Their actual lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. Our certified pre owned came with a great warranty as well. We worked with Kyle for most the time but then had to work with the finance person for all the signing. I cant remember his name but he was also very nice and not pushy at all. He was even able to add some extra protection without changing our payments. I will say this was the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. At this location they also have a full service repair shop, where we will be bringing our car for oil changes and such. Their waiting room is pretty large, they have tons of places to sit, coffee and then snacks and drinks (in a vending machine). There is even an upgraded coffee (lattes and espressos) for a charge. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Car buying is painful, and for the most part, fearful. The pushy-ness of some salesmen can be extremely overwhelming especially for my wife but this was very easy and not bad at all. I would highly recommend using this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Ask for Kyle as well! ACES!

My wife brought in her own wheels and tires to be put on. And take the new wheels and tires and put them on the 2023. Note, my wife's off old rims wheels and tires have never been off of her other Jeep. Other than being installed by Tire Rack. This is when red flags started to appear. At the beginning of isolation one of the techs had advised my wife that they did not have the correct wheel sockets in order to remove her lug nuts. That was the first red flag. The second one was when everything was said and done. The service writer had brought up that one of her center caps were broken after the fact. I am not going to explain that part. I will just say that after speaking with the manager He did make it right and order a new one and replaced it. The situation that put the nail in the coffin was. And I should have caught this sooner but I didn't. When they went to balance her wheels and tires. The tech had put the weights on the enter part of rim, on the outside lip of the wheels. Where Tire Rack had put the weights on the center part of the wheels. For one, these wheels are solid black wheels and was in perfect Condition. Tire Rack had balanced and mounted these wheels and tires and yes, we've had them for three years. I will say it was pretty shocking that my wife kept these from having any scratches or damages on the wheels. She actually make sure that there was nothing wrong with them And kept him very clean. I am very disappointed and truly, I don't know if I can even bring myself to even trust in this place ever again. Just wanted to add a new other note. After posting this on google. This review received a response back from a Joe from discount tire. With a link to speak with them. I've just got to say that link does not even work. It's a joke as much as they are. They did not do a full diagnosis for this truck to be functioning. Now it's sitting in my garage not drivable. All I wanted the mechanics to do is make the truck safe and workable. By 2:00 PM--an hour and a half after my scheduled time--my car was still sitting untouched in a random spot outside. Not a single person came to update me or explain the delay. When I finally went to investigate myself, the staff brushed it off and acted like this was completely normal. What is the point of forcing customers to schedule an appointment if you are just going to ignore it and leave cars sitting for hours? Avoid this service department if you value your time.
