Instead, Scott misdiagnosed the issue and performed an unnecessary repair that ultimately caused additional damage to my car. Within 24 hours of leaving the service, all of the oil had leaked out due to an incorrectly installed part. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic, who was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem--something Scott was unable to do. When I contacted Scott to explain the situation and request a refund, he initially refused. After pressing the issue, he said he would "get back to me," but never did. I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused.
