I told the person at the counter my problem and he said i am going to try and fix it outside. He saw i had a nail and patched it in the parking lot. While filling, found another screw in the same tire. He went back and got the material needed to patch that one also. He was having a hard time with the second one and said he would have to bring it into the shop. Within 15 minutes i was on my way home. Big shout out to Tyler. He definitely has a good crew working in the garage, Dale worked on my truck and did a quick and efficient job. The job took less than I was quoted and I ended up paying half the cost. In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. Ford, Case No. 2:24-cv-10721-MAG-CI Ford and Route 23 Automall need to do better.

I then signed all the paperwork with the Finance Manager and was done in about 15 minutes. Brian took the time to help me get the Ford App on my phone and walked me through connecting Apple Air Play and all basic features on the vehicle. I got home and looked and the electrical tape was brand new- the truck had 10k miles on it, figured they added more for me. As the weeks go by, I kept getting black stuff all over my rim....clean it, got more. So after putting 3k miles on it over the summer- I looked under it today, and that piece of electrical tape is folded over and grease everywhere!! No way this was from when I bought the truck 13 months earlier. Harrington's did not own up to the fact that they cut it. I never had a spot of grease prior to them touching my truck. Called them today and they said it was not them, no way. Would not even listen to me. Very sad they treat a local customer like that. Took to another place and need to replace the CV axle. He also pointed out 3 other areas where the Installer, Harrington's, cut corners, not re-attaching lines, and cutting holes in plastic to make it easier for them instead of removing the plastic and doing it right. Super upset- $60k vehicle that they treated like garbage. Will never recommend or use again.
