so today's 7/7/2026 and I dropped off my 05 raptor about 3 weeks ago just for SIMPLE MAINTENANCE! Just because I work long days and don't really have the time aswork for Subaru as a mechanic. Go figure so I drop it off tell em to check the valves and clean the carb/and jet it properly. I knew I had no rear brakes (and my front brake needed to be changed) long story short. (He performed an oil change/greased the fittings/fixed my shifter assembly (the main reason I was there) and never gave him (Cory) "BIG GOONIE "hey you guyyyyssss" look-a-like mf to do any other work except the carb/valves because they were too tight. Granted at one point they DO Do MAGNIFICENT WORK. I MEAN they've BEEN OPEN OVER 30- semi years so I get a call from this big cockeyed hillbilly that says it's done. OKAY. I ATTEMPT TO PAY OVER THE PHONE I was like why not? No answer that made sense. So I go down there. Oh they cardholders gotta be present-sorry? WHAAAT? It's a credit card. Smh. Anyway so now today I will be picking it up with the cardholder because unfortunately I have too many toys and not enough money and ESPECIALLY NOT 3,000$$$I could've gotten a 660r in better condition or even a banshee for what I paid. 1,800 for the bike snd 3k for maintenance. Cmon. Smh PLEASE EITHER GO TO (MOTORCYCLE MALL IN BELLEVILLE,NJ) THEYRE THE BEST. THEY HAVE ALL THE SHOP EQUPIMENT/DYNAMOMETER/forced induction set-up-etc. that's where I bought my bike and will/shouidve taken it. STAY AWAY. BUYER CONSUMER BEWARE! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. When dropping off my CBR600RR, I provided a replacement radiator and the only thing I asked was to get it running smoothly. It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs. In the time it takes for your bike to get back you could have fixed it yourself and could easily surpass the very limited knowledge this joke Cory has. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Cory (and Jack and JR) kept the shop open late to trouble-shoot my Honda Goldwing after it randomly lost power on the highway. He saved our roadtrip, and shared his wealth of mechanical knowledge. This is a guy who traveled to Italy with a vespa part in his hand to see if he could find a replacement. Very impressed with his whole set up, very grateful for his above and beyond service, and prices were fair. read more

BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!! Corey is super nice then he RIPS YOU OFF!!! I had brought my bike in for front brake pads, didn't make it home before they were rubbing, brought it back, left it for a couple days (brake pads??), when I got the bike back it wasn't running right, then was told I need carbs rebuilt. This prick ended up charging over $2000 and the bike did not run right, also he broke my starter. I ended up limping it home and doing the work myself. THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!! Action Cycle is by far the worst shop around the area.. worst customer service too. Sent me to a guy Mal that only does work on Harleys... Guy couldn't be rude enough... I asked if he could Mount and balance tires he told me only if I bought from him! I tried to buy from him weeks before and he told me he couldn't get them... so I went ahead and found them myself.. I then went to deal back with Action and the woman told me yes and then no that I would have to bring just the tires leave the bike at home...Never knew of a business to turn customers away like that...very unprofessional... So I popped into this establishment for a helmet and some accessories and was helped by Cory. He really knew what he was talking about. Super knowledgable and hospitable. He gets it in with repairs and customizations. I was impressed. There was a wide array of bikes and helmets... Jackets ... You name it! I would most certainly recommend this place to all motorcycle and off road enthusiasts. I'm certainly looking forward to doing business with him again. Wish I took better pictures, ... I feel robbed. $280 to replace a solenoid in a bike. None of the repairs I asked for were done. Simple grips and levers. Avoid this place, Cory is very nice guy While he's taking money out of your pocket. $280 for a solenoid. He told me it was $85 for it alone. What am I stupid? read more

Moved to this Yelp account due to accidental duplication.] As a new owner of a Honda Shadow Phantom, I was concerned about winterizing my bike and also getting it started when I thought the battery was dead. Corey was generous with his time and walked me through the troubleshooting steps. Ended up just a user error on my end, but Corey's advice helped me avoid a potentially costly mistake trying to jump start my bike from my car. I also inquired about pricing for an initial service (1K miles) and about replacing the original mirrors with LED-embedded turn signal mirrors. They provide Great service with sound technical knowledge of motorcycles. Only my Kawasaki Vulcan 500 could appreciate their service more than I do. This is place is a definite AVOID. I won't let them touch my bike again, plus they're money thieves. It took 3 days to get a tire changed, did I mention I brought them the tire and wheel already dismounted. All they had to do was throw it on the machine and balance. Literally takes 90 seconds.You might say the guy was busy, but when I met the son/owner, he was just playing on the phone. Instead of doing the change right there and making $50, he had me wait the 3 days and went back to his phone. They're only claim to fame (supposedly) is some gutted, craigslist drag motorcycle hanging on the wall from the 70's. I also brought my bike in for inspection. before dad/owner even started the inspection, he said it would fail because of the blinkers. No problem... I get it. BUT then he starts the inspection, fails me, then charges me $6... wtf???? Plus, during the "inspection" he pulls the whole bike and tilts on its kickstand so the that both of the tires are off the ground and the full weight of the bike is on the kickstand alone!. Jackass... if you knew anything about bikes made after 1980, they use aluminium kickstands b/c they're lighter, and they really don't need to support the bike other than propping it up. It's NOT steel. I saw the stand bend and in the moment thought for sure it was going to buckle and snap. A 1/2 inch piece of aluminium can't support 390lbs+!!!! Just drive a little bit further and go to a reputable, clean, updated shop!!! read more

Action the worst I brought my bike because the tube in the tire was flat from a hole I just wanted to put a new tube in the tire Cory Wright sup this bill he must be thirsty for money because he made sure that he put everything on the bill check boxes that I didn't want my parts back that he changed if you know if he changed Parts I didn't want them back then had me sign it Zoe was did what he wanted to do was put a new tire on my bike did I have no intentions on put a new tire the two in there was sufficient and the tire was good enough to put a tube in the bike only has three thousand miles on it but the tire was so bad so make sure you don't sign any receipt and you have them call and confirm that you want to pay the price for the work to get done otherwise they'll put parts on your bike with you knowing it read more
