Less then $350 in parts were actually there, when I asked about the fluids, the employee Aaron told me the order wasn't put together and I could go get my own fluids, when I came back with 2 gallons of gear oil and 6 qts of transmission fluid and asked what parts they actually had, aaron told me what was on the desk. 1/4 calipers, 2/4 rotors 1/2 break pad sets, no hand pump, I told him to forget the order because i can't do the repairs with 1/3 of the parts and that they said the whole order would be ready by 5pm. He then walked away and called me a Ni**er in front of my 5 year old son, then said "this ni**er tripping" The manager came out and i told them I'd be speaking with corporate monday morning. But I will Not be returning due to the lack of managements helping there employees!

Do NOT get your vehicle repaired here. I picked this place for my mother to get her vehicle…read morerepaired because of the reviews on this website. My mother picked up the truck the first time and it wasn't fixed correctly. I called right away and steve was aware that it was not fixed and said he didn't know why it wasn't fixed and couldn't get it to work but he never made us aware of that while we were picking up the vehicle!!! When she picked up the vehicle the SECOND time the mirror that was supposed to be fixed no longer went in or out like it was supposed to and it did when she dropped it off originally. The door handle which had no previous damage is hanging off the vehicle. Inside the vehicle you have to unlock it twice so that you can get out of the driver door. It's a Cadillac Escalade and it is a shame that it is such a mess. I have left several messages for steve to call me back but I have yet to receive a phone call. The vehicle smells like mildew...leading me to believe it was left outside with the window open. This was a horrifying experience for an elderly woman I definitely would not recommend this place!!!! They did more damage to the vehicle than fixing the vehicle.
