Also they try to say dealership parts only, but called their own source fisher auto and they had the whole assembly for strut and shock. Calling corporate to remedy the crazy 1 year of a problem i kept saying what I thought it was, 5k later not fixed and brought to WAY better shop. Was what I said. A coil.. easy test and basic knowledge. Said codes that were not correct. Idk how that happens.. Be careful with these places, been bringing car since I got it 5 years ago.. from 5 star to 1 absolutely.

Then. yesterday I noticed my other headlight was out and went back to Autozone and Mark again quickly and effortlessly installed my headlight. This is such a hugh service to a person like myself. I truly appreciate the way customer service is so alive in this store. it really makes a difference when the employees are so willing to help. Me and the owner discussed the work that was going to be done to it, and he told me $400-500 to install the manifold and cat back exhaust. he also told me for it to pass inspection it needed a rear parking brake adjustment that was going to cost $165 so I told him to also do the brake adjustment to pass inspection. I got a text from owner telling me my vehicle was all set, so I went to pick it up and got hit with a $1000 bill for the work. a year later i went somewhere else for the sticker and they told me I needed a rear parking brake adjustment to get a sticker, or they would fail it. I ended up doing the rear parking brake adjustment myself same day and got the sticker.

Why the difference between $96.95 and $144.26, to say nothing of the additional $5.76 charged to my credit card? 1. My car took 6 quarts of oil and they charge extra for more than 5 quarts. What car takes less than 5 quarts of oil? 2. A charge of $30 for the oil filter. Since when is an oil filter not included in the cost of an oil change? I have been driving for nearly 60 years and have had my oil changed dozens of times. Never have I been charged extra for the filter. It's part and parcel of the oil change. It's like shopping for groceries and getting charged for use of the shopping cart. 3. I have no idea why my card was charged an additional $5.76, which I didn't learn about until after I got home. Good business is built on trust. This place can't be trusted. On the other hand, if you're fond of being deceived and getting ripped off, I highly recommend Tom's Repair.
