He identified the wiper blades I needed for my car, threw out the old ones I had brought in to show the size and installed them in like two seconds flat! Super impressed with how nice and helpful he was! Great employee! Earlier in the day we had gone to the AutoZone in Pawtucket and had a horrible experience where they would not even help us (apparently didn't have anyone who could install the blades and waited in line a long time just to be told this). Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. The technicians at Ford put my car on a lift and then told me I needed a new fuel pump, ring , seal and gas tank for a total of $2,700, mind you they never dropped the tank for inspection. I declined and took my car home. The next day I called Norwest and explained to them my situation. One of the owners explained that while I might need a fuel pump it seemed highly unlikely I'd need to replace the tank but suggested I make an appointment and they'd be happy to take a look at it. I dropped the car off a few days earlier than my appointment day. In that time frame they looked it over and determined that my gas tank was perfectly fine, and all I needed was a fuel pump. They were able to get the part and install it and I had my vehicle back the same day as what my appointment was scheduled for. It was also very reasonable on price compared to the Ford Dealership. I will never take my vehicle back to a "Stealership", as I am sold on Norwest's service, knowledge and flexibility. The best part is they are literally a up the street from my house, so it's convenient to drop it off and pick it up.

My mom originally came to CarBidz alone and checked out some cars until she found one she loved so I returned with her since it's a 45 minute drive we want to make sure she liked what she saw online before I tagged along to make sure she was taken advantage of. Well I'm glad I came because she was looking at a 2010 Mazda with 121,000 which apparently will pass inspection if you take it to a shop the owner knows!! Well I asked to take it to a local shop which uses Massachusetts equipment and charges the same price as every legit place does unlike Paul McDermott who suggested we pay a shop he knows $20 bucks and it will totally pass. Well I took it to O'Brien car care who did not pass it and suggested not to buy it because there was so many hidden problems like someone had cleared the check engine light but never fixed the problem and yes you can read that. Bobby at O'Brien car care said he would not buy it because all the problems and the smoke filled cabin air filter with a air freshener someone had stuffed in there to mask the smell. I returned to CarBidz and Paul acted as if he had never heard of the codes and has never seen something pass in the last 35 years and was shocked and just laughed in my face about me paying $55 dollars because now he can fix it on his own and he doesn't have to pay the fees. This guy is a crook and he knows it and is out for the quick buck and didn't care they my 67 year old mom was gonna buy a car that was gonna fail inspection who has COPD but a car with old smoke but hidden... you have been warned.
