Earlier in the day we had gone to the AutoZone in Pawtucket and had a horrible experience where they would not even help us (apparently didn't have anyone who could install the blades and waited in line a long time just to be told this). I purchased my vehicle in December 2025 and was promised, in writing by the General Manager, that I would receive an extra key at cost. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of delays and repeated follow-ups. I was asked to provide proof of this agreement four separate times, even though I had the original text message from the General Manager. In my experience, it was unnecessarily difficult to get the dealership to honor what had already been agreed to. When I went in to resolve the issue, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My interactions with both the service department and sales staff felt dismissive, and I left without confidence that the situation was being handled appropriately. Overall, my experience was that once the sale was completed, communication and follow-through were lacking. It took several months to finally receive the second key I had been promised. I had previously leased a Jeep from this dealership and returned expecting a better experience when purchasing. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
