The store was clean, stocked, and immediately after walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Within 5 minutes Chuck identified the bulb I needed and had me out the door. I appreciate quick and wonderful customer service. I had such a great experience I went back in for windshield wipers for my SUV, later on that day. Highly recommend this store for all your auto part needs.

From day 1 after the install, these were noisy but the representative told us to wait till few hundred miles. Just in 2 months, not only the nosiness persisted but also shuttering just to happen. Car shakes violently on braking. Less than 5000 miles on new rotors and pads, pads are gone and rotors have deep groves. As soon as these were replaced, all issues gone. It wouldn't take a genius to gauge these rotors and pads are defective. The store representative is definitely the worst I have seen. He griningly said u should have come on day 1 just after u put them on. Now, we can't do anything. I asked what's the two year warranty/20,000 miles warranty for. He said I don't want to talk and go back n forth without even properly examining the rotors. Now I have a pack of defective rotors and pads, paid twice to get a damn brake job. I would make a deal with devil but not going to buy anything from this store or warehouse. Damn crooks!

QUALITY WORK - THEY WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. Do not be fooled by these low star…read morereviews. The owner and operators of this shop are some of the best in the business. After they made my E46 run like new again in 2014/15, I have been here frequently to pick up parts regularly for my BMW E46 as well as major service when my expertise and skill level did not match to the task at hand. When something went wrong with my DIY job, I had Rich and Victor check out my car to make sure I didn't do any major damage. Once again, upon arrival... a friendly interaction followed by a wealth of knowledge. All of my concerns were addressed and given to me in writing. You just HAVE to be patient because good things take time. And most of all ROCS will never compromise the quality of their work to rush a job out of the shop. They are honesty, trustworthy, extremely knowledgable, and most of all FAIR when it comes to a competitive price point for their work and parts. A bonus of constantly stopping by this shop is the eye candy of all the Porsche's they work on and build! I am a customer for life. THANK YOU!

I googled and found ROCS. I called made an appointment and took my car in only to pay half of the dealership cost. Any work done always saved me money and I had no problem paying because of the kind customer service (IDK what others are talking about) and quality of the work. My son needs work done on his Audi and I couldn't remember where I took my Beemers because it's been a few years. Racked my brain and remembered ROCS. Hopefully he will call and be as satisfied as I was. Sometimes things happen, shops get busy and there could be a delay. In my opinion it's not a reflection of the work they do.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and I've been going to this auto zone for little things…read morethat I didn't need much help with so there weren't really any reasons to communicate with the staff. But yesterday I went there for a battery charge. The young man seemed very nice at first when the manager asked him to remove my battery to charge it. I arrived at 7:10pm. Instead of the young man telling me the battery was no good, he decided to have me sit in my car past 8:30 and decided to clock out and walk pass me to go home. So when I went in the manager told me it was no good and that I should look at options of a new battery. I already knew that I would have to return back because I didn't have enough money. So when I asked the young lady that was working there to put the old battery back and I would return the next day to get a new one. She huffed and puffed as if I was bothering her to do her job. Everyone in this establishment had nasty attitudes which is very uncalled for. If you don't like your job don't work there! I wish I knew their names. If I go back, I will be editing this comment with names!!!

It doesn't take a Mechanic to realize that the diagnosis should be left the professionals and the attitude should be left outside the store as well alongside the bad batteries! I'll be notifying the district manager about this and corporate should definitely do something about the defective batteries and employees.

The order goes through anyway but the employee decide to cancel it. Now the return will take 3 to 10 business days for the the refund goes through. I need the refund to go through because now I don't have enough money in my affirm account. The next 4 days Im updating the employee over the phone about the refund process and even told him exactly when the money will be returned to my account and I asked him several times "you will hold that engine for me because my mechanic saw it and liked it." He kept saying "yes we are holding it for you." Finally on the 5 th day I drive one and Half hours away again to purchase the engine. Guess what? They sold the engine they were holding for me. Don't give me heads up "hey we sold the engine and you're gonna have to pick another one. Maybe you may want to bring your mechanic with you to pick one." No I drove 1 and half hours for no reason other than to waste my time and gas for no reason because now my mechanic has to go over the JDM engine depot to select another engine. Horrible experience and it seems like no one cares about customer satisfaction any more. Sad part, the owner most likely don't know how terrible his employees are or he probably doesn't even care. Time will tell if the owners cares or not about his business. I won't purchase anything from them and good news is their competition isn't too far from them And have many options. Also, I asked for a little discount for all the troubles, and they wouldn't even do that not even $50 off the keep a customer happy. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Just give them the money shut your mouth and move on. well I didn't shut my mouth as you can see but my money will be spent some where else. By the way their competition is in Clifton NJ Just put JDM engines and it will come up.
