From day 1 after the install, these were noisy but the representative told us to wait till few hundred miles. Just in 2 months, not only the nosiness persisted but also shuttering just to happen. Car shakes violently on braking. Less than 5000 miles on new rotors and pads, pads are gone and rotors have deep groves. As soon as these were replaced, all issues gone. It wouldn't take a genius to gauge these rotors and pads are defective. The store representative is definitely the worst I have seen. He griningly said u should have come on day 1 just after u put them on. Now, we can't do anything. I asked what's the two year warranty/20,000 miles warranty for. He said I don't want to talk and go back n forth without even properly examining the rotors. Now I have a pack of defective rotors and pads, paid twice to get a damn brake job. I would make a deal with devil but not going to buy anything from this store or warehouse. Damn crooks!

Since owning the car I have always brought it in to Rich and Victor for every service. These guys know Porsches inside and out and they are very trustworthy. Ok, so sometimes you have to spend a few bucks to keep an older sports car in top running condition - but it's worth it with these guys and I know I'm doing way better than bringing it to a Porsche dealer. On my last service there, they had called to let me know they needed another day to finish the job. But when I explained I was going out of town the next day, they offered to stay late to finish the job. They even changed the oil and washed it. Great guys - great service.

But yesterday I went there for a battery charge. The young man seemed very nice at first when the manager asked him to remove my battery to charge it. I arrived at 7:10pm. Instead of the young man telling me the battery was no good, he decided to have me sit in my car past 8:30 and decided to clock out and walk pass me to go home. So when I went in the manager told me it was no good and that I should look at options of a new battery. I already knew that I would have to return back because I didn't have enough money. So when I asked the young lady that was working there to put the old battery back and I would return the next day to get a new one. She huffed and puffed as if I was bothering her to do her job. Everyone in this establishment had nasty attitudes which is very uncalled for. If you don't like your job don't work there! I wish I knew their names. I was trying to avoid a rebuilt situation and I could not afford to buy a brand new one. I found JDM on ebay and decided to call them directly. I purchased a transmission from them that I was told came from a car in Japan that was never in an accident and had between 65,000 and 75,000 miles on it. Fast-forward to the transmission being shipped to my mechanic. Luckily, the transmission was the correct one (after all, I purchased online, never laid eyes on it and trusted this business to send it to me after sending them a PayPal for $1,000). What was extremely unpleasant, unexpected, and extremely expensive Was to find that the transmission they sent me was in worse shape than the one I had in my car originally. JDM does not standby what they sell. They're just looking to make a quick buck by telling you, they have no idea if the part works or not but at the same time saying how clean the cars are that they are coming from. So, I am now out $3,000 for a bad transmission and the labor it took to put it on. I can't afford to take it out and shake JDM down for a refund, so now I'm out my car along with being 3k poorer.
