It was raining. It was cold. Walker was closed when I arrived, late by about 10 minutes. An employee walked out, laughing and joking with another who was locking the front door. I asked if they still couldn't help. The employee leaving gave me a work order he needed to give the other guy, and said, "here, keep this from him until he helps you." And that was that! Dude fixed the blades in a tshirt in the freezing rain. A little leverage and plenty of kindness and concern for the fact that I had destroyed wipers in a rainstorm, they took care of me solid here. Even pointed out that the previous mechanic had put the wipers on backwards. Well, NO WONDER! Quick review for a brief encounter, I'll be back with my own wheels once they start to have problems.. yay, car ownership.

I have a 97 Camry with a V6 engine. It has leather upholstery and the A/C runs cold. Love the…read morecar. But, it also had 230,000 miles. The engine was burning oil like an old time heater and the transmission died. To replace the engine and tranny would have cost $14,000+ at a dealer or lots more for a new or late model used vehicle. I bought a used Japanese engine and transmission with about 35,000 miles on them from Al at Japan Direct over by Briar Creek Shopping Center. Got the engine, the tranny and installation for $4100. It runs like a charm. The Japanese drivers tend to take excellent care of their cars and trade them in after 3 years, due to the draconian property tax increases at that point. Nobody wants to buy a used car over there because of the extreme property tax so the cars just sit there. The manufacturers do not want to sell the entire cars overseas because it would cut into their new car sales, so they sell them for parts. You can buy a front or back "clip" which is the entire front or back half of a car, or you can buy the engine and/or transmission. Japan Direct goes over to Japan quarterly and runs the engines before buying, then ships them by the container load back to the US of A. This is a terrific deal; I have a for all intents and purposes low mileage "new used" car for relatively nothing. CHECK THEM OUT!!!

Even if there's not a single car in the bay, they never have "time" for walk-ins. After finally, booking an, it took them 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't install my tires because they weren't completely OEM spec, even though they've installed the same tires on my other cars. Took these same exact tires to another Walmart where they installed them no problem, with no complaints. These techs have no idea what they're doing and just complain over doing any work.

Had an appointment from 7-8am and I ended up leaving at 9am. They can't say they were busy because my car was the only one there. Besides that... I am not sure why they felt the need to touch my other tires. When I was going home, one of my tires (that they were NOT servicing) ran out of air. I pulled over to check and the stem valve was loose. why???? I purchase the tire through Walmart and I still got charged a "mounting" fee besides the installation fee. Insane! I stopped by a tire shop to get the one they couldn't install & got charged way less & they were so quick with it. I would give 0 stars if I could. I get it. It's Walmart but still... it shouldn't have to be that bad. Very incompetents!

Do not order parts from them. Their website said the part I needed was an "exact fit" for my model,…read moreyear, trim, and engine. I got the part and it does not fit and cannot be used. The parts department would not accept a return and refund me the money. I am out hundreds of dollars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They claimed since I didn't give them my VIN in the order, it was my fault. I actually bought the car from them, they have serviced my car, and they have my VIN in their system but I guess that doesn't count. They will take no responsibility for their website incorrectly saying the part would fit my vehicle.

Which I did and they have done all my services. 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. I got a text I needed brakes and a battery, no one ever talked to me about them. So, I said no in the text and then waited and got another text. My truck was ready. Got checked out, never mentioned the brakes or battery, so I guess it wasn't critical they needed to be done.

A couple of weeks ago, someone broke into my 2020 Kia in the wee hours of the morning by destroying…read moremy driver side window and damaging my steering wheel post. CJ , with Fred Anderson Kia, was assigned to work with me and keep me updated as the parts were ordered and the work on my car began. I commend CJ for his professionalism and extreme courtesy as he constantly kept me informed. If I texted him a question, he would always respond within a very short time period. If I called him with a question, and he did not answer, he would always call me back within a very reasonable time period with an answer or an update. Today, he texted to say the work was finished and I could pick up my Kia. Since I had been driving a rental through Enterprise, I was able to return it to the Enterprise close to Fred Anderson's Dealership and CJ gave me a ride from Enterprise to Fred Anderson. He went over a few things about the repairs and made a couple of suggestions of a some anti-theft devices I could purchase through Amazon. I really feel CJ deserves a 10 star rating instead of 5.
