This place sucks, want to get tires changed without an appointment? Nope, they will turn you away unless you have an appointment. Even if there's not a single car in the bay, they never have "time" for walk-ins. After finally, booking an, it took them 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't install my tires because they weren't completely OEM spec, even though they've installed the same tires on my other cars. Took these same exact tires to another Walmart where they installed them no problem, with no complaints. These techs have no idea what they're doing and just complain over doing any work. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. They took 2 hours to get 1 tire installed. I was supposed to get 2 installed but they told me they couldn't replace the other one for unknown reasons. Had an appointment from 7-8am and I ended up leaving at 9am. They can't say they were busy because my car was the only one there. Besides that... I am not sure why they felt the need to touch my other tires. When I was going home, one of my tires (that they were NOT servicing) ran out of air. I pulled over to check and the stem valve was loose. why???? I purchase the tire through Walmart and I still got charged a "mounting" fee besides the installation fee. Insane! I stopped by a tire shop to get the one they couldn't install & got charged way less & they were so quick with it. I would give 0 stars if I could. I get it. I will not spend a lot of time on this, as they have already taken more time from me than they deserve. They took 4.5 hours to complete a tire rotation and oil change. Then when I get my car, they have the bill calculated incorrectly. The "gentleman" behind the counter would not even look me in the eye. He refused to speak to me and simply pointed at the total dollar amount on the screen. To top it off, they did not even take my old oil change sticker off my windshield. They just lazily slapped the new one on top. I think to sum it up, the employees act like they hate their jobs and hate you and your business for making them be there. If you want to be hated, and get a mediocre oil change, then this is the place for you. read more

I love Walmart, but sometimes with Walmart you get what you pay for. I don't expect great service but at least respectable service. The woman who greeted me and got my information was kind. I shopped in Walmart then waited in the waiting area for my vehicle. I could partially see my vehicle up, getting its oil changed. No problem. Later, I could see it lowered and I waited to be called on. I figured they were still working on it outside. 15 minutes later I finally got up and went to the register. I could see my vehicle in the parking lot and no one was working on it. The employees could have told me, but not a huge deal. Now I could have been rude and demanded why I had waited longer than needed, when I needed to go back to work. But I didn't do that, because I want to show respect to the workers there. I politely asked if the red vehicle in the parking lot was finished to the auto center employee stocking the shelf behind me. The employee rolled his eyes and sighed. He seemed pretty angry at something going on in his life. He didn't even try to act like he cared or talked. It almost seemed like he was angry at me. He started typing on the computer and printed out my receipt. He mumbled something angry under his breathe and shook his head as he stapled it and didn't give it to me but just held it in his hand looking away. I said, "Thank you." And asked "Are the keys in the car?" Still being polite to him, although I honestly wanted to ask what his problem was. He sighed again and wouldn't make eye contact or talk to me and grabbed my keys from behind the window and held them in the air again. I kindly thanked him again and walked out. Now I don't write all this to publicly shame somebody who is having a bad day. But I don't care how what job you have or how bad of a day you are having, you treat people with respect, especially people who are being very polite to you. Super disappointed. read more

Absolutely horrible service all around. Took 2.5 hours to complete an oil change. My car was literally on the lift for 2 hours manager LT was nice but the staff was incompetent and I'm nervous my car will have issues now. I highly advise you go elsewhere. read more

It is taking more than four hours for them to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Four. Hours. We had plenty of time to go to Moes and get lunch, do all of our grocery shopping, browse makeup, clothing, toys, plan our meals for the week, sit on the patio furniture on display in the gardening section, and after all that, they said they were just getting around to the oil change. When I brought my car in at noon, they said it would take 2 hours at most. It's 3:45 and they just finished the oil change and have to move my car to rotate the tires. I'm sitting in the waiting lounge where there is a Keurig, cups, stirrers, and creamer, but no coffee pods. They are incredibly short-staffed and it looks like only one or two mechanics are actually doing any work. I would not recommend coming here unless you would like to spend half your day here. We didn't have the foresight to bring another car because we thought it wouldn't take more than an hour and a half at most, but nah. Would have given them zero stars. *Update: I saw them take down my car and move it to the parking lot at 4, but didn't say anything because I thought they had to move it to a different Bay to have the tires rotated. After a half hour of no one moving it, I asked the manager, who was at the register. He said that it was finished but the mechanic hadn't bothered to call me to notify me that my car was ready. Another attendant made the excuse that there were "dead zones" in the store that made it impossible to reach customers by phone. But they checked and the mechanic just never bothered to call. Finally, when I got to my car, my steering wheel felt a bit grimy, so I wiped it down with a paper towel and it was BLACK with filth. The mechanic even left greasy, dirty fingerprints when he left the "next suggested service" sticker on my windshield. So if you want a filthy car and half a day wasted, check this place out! read more

Went here for a tire rotation. Let me paint the picture for you...It was Sunday morning around 10:15, not very busy, and it was raining outside and a little cold. Pulled into a parking spot by the garage and went to sign in and drop off my keys as I had other things to do. I was told I needed to sign in with an attendant outside. That's fine. After 15 minutes nobody comes out so I poke my head into the shop to find out if someone could check me in so I could drop my keys and go. I was told that I needed to pull into the service line behind the other cars by an employee with a monster attitude. I said that's fine but can I check in and drop my keys off with you because I have other things to do. He said that I needed to pull in line then he would come out in the tone of voice that said I was the biggest idiot he had ever spoken to. I pull the car up with 3 cars ahead of me. Shortly thereafter I hear the woman in front of the line start laying into the attendant because her car had not been checked in yet, and she had been there way longer than I had. After that the lady peeled out of there, apparently she also had other things to do. The other cars pull up. Nobody comes out. I can see the people in front of me also frustrated with their experience. Eventually the attendant came out to sign the first guy in line in and immediately pulled his car into a now empty service bay. Oh...I see what's happening here, I think to myself. They aren't checking you in until they're ready to work on the vehicle. I don't have time for that nonsense. Nor do I have time for disrespectful rude employees. I drove off. I mean, what other auto shop does business like this? I know service takes time and other customers were there first. That's why I made other plans...so I could comeback later when the car was ready. Expecting people to sit there and wait until you are ready to service their car before you check them is is an absurd policy. Being condescending to your customers for not understanding that your intake process is procedural poor customer service, is disrespectful of people's time, and completely lacking in any common sense...well, that's worthy of a one star rating. Do not take your vehicle to the Walmart Auto Center at Brier Creek. I would recommend literally anywhere else! read more

Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I needed a simple patch job on a tire and their system is first-come-first-serve, which is fair. The problem started at check in with a rude female behind the counter. No hello, how are you, even a hint of a smile... But that didn't get to me. I gave her my information and all the woman asked me was "Are you able to wait?" I said no problem, and proceeded to kill an hour walking around Walmart. Went back for a simple time update, and the man working behind the counter was much more courteous and said they were 'just about to start' on my tire. Killed another 40 minutes. About to hit the 2 hour mark now. I asked again, and had the misfortune of dealing with the rude lady again. She said there was one service in front of me, then they would get to me. Now I'm upset. I try to tell her the young man told me mine was up next 40 minutes ago, and this woman starts yelling over me. She just keeps repeating "I gave you a 2 hour wait time. Yes I did, yes I did." Over and over. Talking over me, horrible attitude... There is no way I'd agree to sit in Walmart for 2 hours. I would have gone home if I was told that. The sad thing is, if she had treated me with an ounce of respect, I wouldn't be leaving this negative review right now. I understand miscommunication happens, the technicians work hard and have a lot of customers to serve. However when the front staff call you a liar and yell over you? Unacceptable. She walks away mumbling to herself about "you don't have to talk to me like I'm a child...", and I've had it. I asked for my tire back and left. I will go another day without a tire than spend a second more in the store, or give them a penny. The young man behind the counter was very professional through it all, even through me getting upset. That woman has got to go though. Don't waste your time there. I just needed a tire patched and instead got into an argument with an incompetent worker and wasted 2 hours of my day.
