My husband scheduled to have one flat tire replaced today. He called for an update after roughly 6…read morehours and was told by a woman with an attitude that they refused to change one tire because all 4 needed to be replaced. The manager stated he was too busy to speak with my husband by phone so the rep who answered told us that they could replace all 4 tires or put the spare tire on the car. My husband asked them to put air back in the tire and stated that we would pick it up. When we arrived, the tire was still flat and clearly had not been moved since we dropped it off. They handed my husband his keys and said nothing else. We won't be returning due to their dishonesty and terrible customer service skills.

I drove up to Auto Zone in Rolesville. Walked in, explained what happened. The gentleman there was burying helpful. He said, lets go take a look. Popped the hood, saw the cracked hose, removed it for me, then went in and found me the new part. New hose was $3.14 incl tax. He walked back outside, installed new hose for me, taped it in and I was on my way! How many employees of any auto parts store would give such great customer service? Not many. This Auto Zone has a great employee there, helped me out so much. I drove her car back to inspection and her car passed! Thanks, Auto Zone!

A gentleman immediately came out to test my battery and confirmed it was near the end, had lots of corrosion on surface near cable, etc. Recommended a replacement based on my needs. Then a young man, Jatzeel, came out to replace the battery. Super impressed with how kind he was, how knowledgeable he was and how quickly he worked. He went the extra mile to clean up around the cable connection. Excellent customer service all the way around and I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Thanks so much!
