He cleaned off the battery for us. We asked him how much and he said absolutely nothing. We were floored and offered again. He said no and that is what I am here for. So I went I side to ask Jerome the man behind the counter to test my battery. He then asked is the it raining outside?? Lol why yes it is, good observation Jerome! So grab your tester and let's go get wet shall we. So he shuffled to the back reluctantly. I popped the hood then he made out like he could not see the battery terminals.... So, I said lucky for you Jerome I ha e two good eyes. And I connected them. He said his equipment was not reading. He said I'll be back. So I assumed he was going to get another device. Nope- he come back out with an umbrella.... Fiddled around wirh the device more said he must have bad equipment. So lol I asked do you perhaps have another device? He said no. So I disconnected the tester from my battery and said thanks for nothing! Went down the street they tested it no problem I purchased a battery there. I believe it was called Express Lube? They were so helpful. I called advance auto to complain about the service I didn't receive. They were kinda like Mehh... I'll pass it along. Asked for a Mgr to call me back - no one called me. I'd steer clear of this place because they can not be bothered.

The whole promotion was to help you get out of negative equity. We initially talked about trading my vehicle. We were well aware of the negative equity. After running numbers and everything, we were informed of the negative equity being a problem. When I mentioned the promotion I was blown off as if it didn't exist. The told us they were waiting to hear back from banks and that we should just go home. They told us good news that we already had an approval that they just were waiting for the bank for final numbers. They went on and on about how they will keep us updated throughout the day. We left the dealership around 10:30 am or so. 1:21 pm I texted them for an update. Nothing yet. 3:42 pm I texted again. Got a reply they couldn't help us. This left me confused as we were told before we left that there was an approval. I questioned this. After expressing my disappointment after being misled, I get a message that it wasn't over yet and they were still on the phone with the bank. 6:03 pm I checked back again myself because they never updated us as they promised. Was then told that we probably wouldn't hear anything because it was so late and the banks were closing. Here we are now, 9:45 pm on Thursday, no update. No bad news, no good news. Just ghosted. I've heard of the poor customer service people have received there and have now witnessed first hand. If you want honesty, integrity, and a business that keeps their word, then go elsewhere. If you're willing to take a chance, keep your expectations low.

I've spent almost $6k with repairs and towing for a car I was told was in excellent condition. It "went through a total check up" before I purchased it. After bringing this to the attention of the salesperson, I was ghosted. I've always had a good experience there but I've bought my last car from them. You don't treat loyal customers like that.

Prices are not cheaper here than elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend paying the same or higher for lower customer service.

I use this location from time to time for a quick oil change also. The speed of service depends on how busy they are. Im giving three stars is because someone forgot to put the caps back on my tire stems. It was a gift from my spouse of silver grenades. I called and was told they were not there and they are not responsible for them. So if you need tire work done I recommend taking your own caps off and putting them back on later if they are custom.
