The blade was coming apart and was raining outside. The kids behind the counter kept wanting to sell me a twenty five dollar blade saying "you get what you pay for." I was simply asking for a replacement for something already paid for. It took an adult getting involved the get the situation taken care of. While the man was replacing the blade that "suddenly appeared" and in the wrong place a kid asked if I had any cash? When asking why, he supposedly went to his car and brought me his 26" blade and would sell it to me for ten dollars, Really? These kids need to learn about customer service and quit taking advantage of those that walk through O'Reilly's doors.
