They took my money (a bit over $600.00) but I never got the parts! The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with! He was mean and condescending, so I asked to speak with the owner, he said that the owner will never talk to me, he was the manager therefore he was the one in charge. I was sold a cracked 500.00 Bmw rim. I was told at the time of purchase that there was a 30 day return policy for defect parts. I paid a 60.00 shipping fee to return the rim. Once they received the rim I was told they don't except returns. Please save yourself the trouble this company and their representative Jake are very unprofessional and deceptive. After having to purchasing a new rim from the bmw dealer I plan to report them to BBB and file a claim in small claims court if I don't receive a full refund. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. This business has single handedly caused me more stress and financial harm than I can write here. Bought part from out of state that was very expensive. Part was not as described and did not fit the description in ad nor did it fit vehicle in ad at all. Multiple attempts were made for communication via email and phone prior to and after the sale and it was non existent. They refused to allow me to talk to anyone of value to resolve this situation. Not only did I fail to fix a vehicle for someone going through chemo due to this issue, I personally have lost out of thousands of dollars which has caused so much financial hardship that I've been crippled. So I officially have no running car or money to fix it, all because I chose this business. The biggest part I find offensive is that the owner "Steve Miller" states that he is a God loving man. That he, and I quote from his website, "I do believe all of my customers were brought to me for a reason, I do my best to glorify God in every transaction". If this service and failure to give me even the common decency and civility to even communicate with me, let alone rectify this situation is what it is meant by "glorifying God", then that disturbs me. read more

Ordered a t25 turbo (the one most people throw out) from Devin @ Miller early morning Nov 6th. I expressed that I needed the turbo ASAP to get my car running. I ordered it at 11am eastern time. Later in the day i realized i forgot to get tracking. I called Thursday morning to get tracking info and was told to call back after 330. I called at 4:35 and was put on hold , and then hung up on. I called this morning (friday) was put on hold AGAIN and hung up on AGAIN., I called 5 minutes later. Devin asked if he could put me on hold again. I said id rather not since ive been hung up on twice in the last 2 days. So then he said how can i help you. I expressed I needed a tracking number for my turbo, and i had called yesterday after 330 like he asked and i was hung up on. He told me I had to call back after 330 AGAIN today to get my tracking number because " we dont give out tracking numbers before 330 since we are too busy" Cool. You werent too busy to take my money but whatever. I just called, got Devin again, who told me that not only does he NOT have a tracking number for me, My turbo just got put in a box. It doesnt even have a LABEL on it, so still NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER. When i mentioned that i needed it , he blandly " apologized for my inconvenience" Reading the reviews i was highly surprised by this experience. Maybe its cause im a girl, i dunno, but it sucks because I ordered a turbo thinking it would shipped out by thursday at the latest, and Now i will likely not receive it until NEXT wed. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

On 4/27 I contacted Mark and arranged to purchase an airflow meter for a 1995 240SX. It was supposed to be overnighted to my customer via UPS. Well that was the beginning of the nightmare in dealing with this guy/company. Instead of shipping UPS, they decided it was cheaper for them to ship the part USPS, and in doing so it took 5 days for the part to reach my customer. Well that wouldn't have been so bad as my customer still needed the part. As it turns out, the part was incorrect, totally wrong. In fact it wasn't even for a 240SX, it was some European model I had never heard of. Let me add I have been selling used parts for over 30 years. Initially I called to complain about the shipping time, thats when I was told about shipping USPS, not UPS. I now wanted the cost of the expedited shipping refunded, and they did do that. Also it turns out this part didnt even come from a wrecked car they had on the lot, it was purchased from an individual that claimed it was from the model, 1995 240SX, and instead of checking to make sure it was correct, they just inventoried it. Also in talking to Mark, who supposedly is the owner, they had just bought the business literally a couple of months before. That made sense as he obviously did not know what he was doing, as evidenced by not only shipping USPS, but not checking to make sure the part was what it was supposed to be. So after finding out the part was wrong i called Mark back and was told that instead of him paying for the part to be returned, just throw it away. After all it would not fit anything in this country anyway. Well fine I had to purchase another airflow and told my customer to throw it away. Well almost a month goes by with no refund, and when my bookkeeper called inquiring about it, Mark says he changed his mind and he wanted US to send the part back. Obviously this was not possible. So BUYER BEWARE, this company has no clue what they are doing and will RIP YOU OFF! read more
