    After my phone case broke, I (of course) went all week without dropping my phone. The day before my…read morephone case arrived, you guessed it, I dropped my phone and it cracked. I definitely wasn't buying a new one, so I called New Again. The phone was answered promptly and with professionalism. The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly and stated he could get my phone in today and have it completed in about 40 mins. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know. I would definitely come back but hopefully not anytime soon!

First, I scheduled a repair appointment through their online portal for 9am on a Thursday about two weeks ago. When I came in, the person doing my phone made it known that they do not normally open at this time and they are actually changing hours. This was stated almost immediately, and was off putting as I genuinely did not know their hours and selected an appointment time offered on their website. He complained about coming in and the stress of having to make sure the other location was staffed. I apologized for the inconveinece, although not my fault, I was made to feel guilty. During this time, I got the basic screen replacement. A day later, the screen had rainbow lines and completely gave out. I contacted them 6/22 to get this fixed. When I came in, another worker, a woman helped me. She was kind, but what put me off was the fact she advised me that I got the cheapest option. I understand the quality difference in the options; however IT SHOULD AT LEAST WORK regardless. She replaced it again for me. As of 06/28 that screen has gone out. I am frustrated with this place and will not be taking it back. Mostly, I look back and see poor customer service skills and guilting customers. After speaking on the phone again today, it seems like they are deadset on the notion that if you get a phone screen that is "lower quality" expect your phone to only work for a few days. Mind you, the lower cost option is still $180. Additionally, they did not offer any sort of apology or refund. I did not explicitly ask for either as the owner seemed more defensive and I knew that it would further the argument. I do recommend uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair 534 Kannapolis Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027, United States as the better option
