went to discount tire to get tires rotated and sensor replaced in tire and was told you had to pay before service new store policy. after paying I noticed at least 5 other people did not pay before service. the manager told 2 or 3 reasons why but it was clear he was covering for his employee. I am for now on a lifetime customer. I will not buy my tires anywhere else. The customer service was excellent. I was helped by Kareem and not only was he professional, but he found a rebate that almost saved me $100. I came in at lunch to see if they had my tires and they only had three but he made sure that he ordered the 4th and it was there by the time I got off work. We purchased tires here. Like everyone else it was ~1500.00 dollars. You automatically get a road hazard warranty and free air fills if needed for low air pressure. We waited alone for 27 minutes in the air fill line and no one helped. I believe that if you sell something as a package then 27 minutes to wait for air is a bit excessive. At least they could have come by the vehicle and let us know that they knew we were there were simply busy. read more

If you purchase tires from here don't waste your money on the warranty. It's basically a waste of money. Spent $1100 on some tires in March 2022 and I need new ones. They said I still have 2500k miles so I got the recommended mileage. Purchased the warranty and they were only going to give me a $25.00 credit. They said I didn't get my tires rotated regularly. Which is false. Just bc yall didn't do it that doesn't mean it never was done. Save your time and money. read more

I was really impressed. Everyone there could turn a wrench and put on a tire and answer the phone Honest safety recommendations. ( that I never got from my previous tire store) they were able to find a specialty tire for a restoration! ( previous place could not) they wore masks. They respect my health. The communities health and their own. ( previous place did not. I walked out to discount tire) they were incredibly polite and respectful. On the phone. In person. I repeatedly heard them ask permission to go in the glovebox to get the tire key. They offered the customer to drive the car in and out so no germs get in the car! I want to take a moment and express my thankfulness. Upon returning from a business workshop; I was informed that I needed 2 front tires.  Our local Discount tires was closed, however the mechanic bay was opened finishing up service. I informed the Tech that I'm scheduled to travel out of state tomorrow. He told the Manager and asked if I could make purchase. Management agreed to sell me 2 tires.  Yes I've purchased previously; the fact that I requested service past closing time is greatly appreciated. This is by far the best place to buy tires in the Salisbury North Carolina area. Here's why they will match any price you find on a competitor's Tire. But then their hours are incredible evaporation. I've even used this place when I did not buy the tires there and they fix my flat for free. They also offer free air checks for anyone whether they buy their tires there or not. They even let me drop off a couple of old tires for me when nobody else would do so in town. They also offer some good wheel packages if you're wanting to upgrade your ride. They also have a real full-size spare rim if you want to buy one for your auto which a lot of Autos are not coming with now. They give you good deals and have excellent zero free credit if you pay off in 6 months. This is everything you would care to need in a tire store. They do take appointments I suggest you call and make one because they are very busy. Because they are the best game in town! Be sure to call around and get a documented quote from the other guys and then come here. You will be happy you did excellent service. So I go there for the second time ever today to get new lug nuts put on (mine were expanded/swollen-thats really a thing) and they did it for free!! AAA wanted $100!!. I was impressed with DT. I made an appointment on the same day fairly easy online. Arrived 10 minutes or so early. There were a few cars waiting for service, but the line moved quickly. I had a screw in my tire which they fixed for free! I was thoroughly impressed. They plugged my tire and I left. My tire warning light didn't go off, which what I went there for. I called and went back. They did a sensor check and that's what was wrong. They gave me a quote for a sensor and I will go back when I get the money. It is currently 1hour past my appointment time and I believe there are still cars ahead of me...so what was the point of making an appointment if they're going to see people in the order that they arrive. Mind you, they ask you to check in with a scan and don't even come out to speak until you call them 30 minutes later to ask if they even saw the check in. Bottom line, I got the tires installed in less than 20 minutes with an appointment, the car rides like it's new and I'll be saving nearly $250 over buying these tires somewhere else. I been going to this Establishment for last 10-12 years and there is almost every time they have a new people.Sometimes people are fast learners sometimes they are not.What I do not like this is a second time (I go for balance and rotation every few months) they let people that they are not for this job and they let them do job alone without any supervision.They are in my opinion worthless .And if you are Scott and Michael (guys in red) should be very careful right now I will go back because my car puling in left side because they did not do good balance and I told that to Scott because I was watching what guy was doing and it was painful to watch.Left side would show him 0.25 and right side 0.00 and he will put something somewhere and check again now right side was 2.75 and lest was 1.75 .Worst experience ever. And now I have to go back because my car puling to the left when I was going home....Worst and even more worst ever. read more

I travel and sell to Muffler and Undercar specialty shops. My low pressure tire warning light came on my dash and I was traveling from Charlotte area but now on 85 North near Salisbury. I stopped at one of the shops that does business with me, Integrity Auto (By the way an excellent and honest shop) but they didn't work on tires. Gilbert at Integrity referred me to Discount Tire, a shop that only sells tires and related items. They are not a potential customer for the exhaust products I sell. Finally here's the IMPRESSIVE part, I'm from out of town, I've never done any business with them, I have not been paid to write this review. They patched (not plugged) my tire at NO Charge. Mainly just let me know who to consider buying tires from the next time I need them. Imagine if they give this kind of service to someone like me, if you are a local buying customer the service and price has got to be unbelievable. I'm busy, I'm working today on sales reports but even so I knew I couldn't live with myself and not give these guys the respect and recognition they certainly deserve. read more
