So Advanced! This place is pretty great. When we went, we were shopping for windshield wiper blades. There was no wait at the register, and a friendly employee immediately offered to help us. Upon inquiring about the year, make, and model of the vehicle, he searched his advanced auto database and immediately determined the length of our wiper blades. He made some pointers about the differences between them (you get what you pay for) and how some have extra blades and such. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole affair. When I went, they were offing a bucket discount, which I've never seen before. Buy a bucket, and anything you can cram in there is 15% off. Sounds pretty good if you're shopping small parts! My only problem with this AAP is the location. It's not on a corner like most of the other ones, so it's not as easy to get to. read more

The general manager at this location is perfectly OK with fat lazy delivery people parking and blocking the yellow diagonal lines where disabled drivers need to load and unload. As a disabled veteran who sometimes really needs that space, I will never shop here again. I even told him the reason I was upset was because I was a disabled veteran, and that makes my life more difficult. He didn't care. He hugged the fat lazy delivery driver who was now crying because someone pointed out her selfish behavior. If you have a disability, you may not be welcome here. I had corporate completely delete my existence from their server..... The fact that he dismissed me AFTER I told him I was a disabled veteran tells me all I need to know about his character. Brothers and sisters, choose a different store, a different company. There's an O'Reilly and an Auro-Zone right up the street. I canceled my order yesterday, and O'Reilly got my business, saved $4 as well. More and more people are treating veterans as less than but are always asked to sacrifice more. I purchased an alternator from Ruben over at Advance Auto Parts, he's a really great guy and seems like an excellent employee. He was very helpful and friendly and got us taken care of in a jiffy. This was my 2nd interaction with Ruben, the first being over a year ago when he sold me the battery to my truck. Both times he has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to provide me with the phone number to a good local mechanic, saving me both time and money. Advance offers free battery installation, which is definitely another added plus! Last night, I returned the alternator because it turned out I didn't need it after all. Rene, the manager, was apprehensive at first to give me my refund (even though I had my receipt and the return policy clearly stated I was well within my right to return the item) due to an error with the computer that he "could not bypass." After pressing him further and reminding him that I am the customer and should not be held responsible for matters completely out of my control, he finally agreed to provide me with my refund. Despite me being annoyed at the situation, he managed to maintain a calm demeanor and stayed professional the entire time. Overall, I'm happy to say that this Advance Auto Parts store is top-notch and I'll definitely return if I am in the area and need something for my vehicle. read more

I came in this morning to pick up a mobile order of Pentosin's Pentofrost E for my Volkswagen, and while the online website stated the location I went to had the product in stock, it was not. No big deal- I understand glitches happen. The employee said 'oh well this is why you should of called before purchasing', which he probably isn't wrong, but the way it was said was in a very disrespectful demeanor. I was offered a different brand, which I politely declined, because Volkswagens require OEM parts/ fluid to run properly. Anyone who owns a VW knows so, and mixing OEM with off brand is a big no no. The employee who was assisting me continued to argue with me beyond my reasoning against the offered product, and was highly disrespectful towards the customer (me.) He may of even been a manage or shift leader of some sort which makes it even worse. If I didn't walk away I'm sure he would of continued to argue with me 'coolant is coolant' so I had to get my money back and get out of dodge. Went next door to O' Riley and happily spent $10 more dollars on the same product rather than going to another Auto Zone for the product. I have been there a couple times and the service is just OUTSTANDING. First time I went with a friend to find some brake pads and rotors for my convertible, the attendant was very knowledgeable and chat with us for a little while. My friend was looking for a job as a mechanic and he gave him a few leads about some jobs nearby. I went there again today (9/30) because my front bumper needed some special clips/screw thingies and the attendant even came out with me, gave me the EXACT part I needed, even offered some help to install even though it was a little late (7.40pm)...overall I'm very pleased with this level of service and I'd recommend it to anyone that's looking to do a little work on their cars! Edward is the store manager, and he and the rest of the team have always shown more enthusiasm and willingness to help than you would expect from an auto parts store. This last time Edward tested and changed my battery on a busy Saturday, and I spent about ten minutes total at the store. He is a true customer service asset for the company, and I'll always come here first because of it. read more

This one guy there put too much corrosion jell on my batteries terminal and caused my car to start erratically, if it started at all. I took the car back to Advanced Auto and they did a diagnostics test on it and told me my starter was bad and tried to sell me a new starter lol. I then took my car to a real mechanic and he said the negative battery terminal had too much corrosion jell (bad contact) on it that caused the car to not crank. The diagnostic test on my charging system cost me $100!!! Thanks for nothing Advanced Auto!!! You guys caused a lot of problems for me because of your incompetence and inexperience. Lesson learned, most of the folks at Advanced Auto are wannabe mechanics, Take everything they say with a grain of salt. read more

My brakes went out so I called an uber to get to the store. When I arrived, the store was closed an hour earlier than it was supposed to. The guy named Ruben that works for the store waved us off telling us to leave. I spent $20 there & back, had to miss work this morning because of the inconsideration. DO NOT COME HERE. I bought a main relay for my Honda accord and I noticed the box was crumpled and I asked the man if it was previously used and if I could get a new main relay. The man said it was not used and they do not have any other in stock, so I was left with no choice but to buy it. I replaced it and my car still different start. I ended up taking it to the Honda dealership and they ended up telling me that my main relay is not working and I needed to replace it. I stated to them the new one I had bought from Advanced Auto Parts and their reply was that they tested it and it was broken. Advanced auto parts sold me a broken part! And this mistake ended up costing me 4X more and cost me precious time! DONT BUY FROM HERE! I recommended Auto Zone on Babcock instead of Advanced Auto Parts. read more
