They don't talk down to you if you are a woman. After installing my Metalcloak lift and new tires and wheels they also found an electrical error made by another shop and fixed it. Then they did a tighten-up at 500 miles just to be sure all was running smoothly. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it to bring my Jeep to Bikini. They are always busy but are worth the wait. I am continuously impressed with Bikini for my needs, wants and wish list! My most recent visits were quite extensive and far less expensive than dealer services. It's really awesome and almost rare these days to find a business for auto modification and repairs that first of and above all you can trust, that treats you right, stands behind their work and does not take you to the broke house. Bikini's crew recently did my brakes, fixed, vacuumed and charged my AC (it works just as good as factory btw which is almost unheard of after AC repairs), installed a new clutch, rear main seal, my oil pan gasket and change of corse and did a swap of a 2.5" to a 4" lift in less than 2 days. This amazes me because they somehow strategically planned and scheduled me in last minute with a full book of business to have it all done before a big wheeling trip. The ability to do that without favors or pushing back any other work for a busy business sets them apart from their competitors by a landslide in customer service and expectations. Like all shops or dealers I was advised of additional repairs/services that I needed but Bikini puts them in a time line and life expectancy perspective. Most of you would think no that's not awesome they are just trying to get more money out of you when in fact that's not true here. With a quick look over I was told it appeared that I needed an additional repair and once they did a more in depth inspection it was found that no repair was needed and I was informed of this promptly. If they tell you that you need something you need it for safety or to ensure further damages are not caused not to dig in your wallet. If you don't "need" it they will simply advise you to think about said repair/upgrade and give and estimated life expectancy before "needing" the repair. I'd give Bikini a 10 out of 5 ANY day. Tony and Neal did the most fantastic design and fabrication project on Rusty Bob, my 1979 Toyota Pickup 4x4. I needed a front bumper, grill guard, to hold/hide a 10,000lb winch, with a couple of spotlights, d-rings, etc. that would fit with the truck's aesthetic. They completely R.O.C.K.E.D. it! They sat with me as we drew the initial concept, we talked through basic look and feel I wanted, they included me in choosing materials, and made knowledgeable inputs to create the strength and superstructure to hold everything up, and creatively problem-solved (check out the turn signals!). Even a quick glance at the quality of the welds and shapes created by the pipe bender tells you that they are passionate about their craft. Frequent updates, questions about fit and finish and regular shop visits to review the work in progress confirmed my confidence in them and the the rest of the team. But the real "magic" came at the end. From the get-go I was adamant that the finish should NOT look new. I wanted it to blend in with the 40 years of Texas weathering that Rusty Bob has been through. No glossy black paint, no shiny chrome, I wanted it down and dirty - and they nailed it. Once the tubing and mesh had been been finalized Tony hand-painted the raw steel with salt water and left it out in the sun, not once, not twice, but three times over until the steel had patinated to exactly match the rest of the trucks body. That's what I call dedication! The customer service, collaboration, communication, and budget management could not have been better. High quality, on time, and under budget! Kudos to the gifted and visionary Bikini Offroad team - I will always be thankful for the work you did and I'm proud to drive Rusty Bob around town as so many other truck drivers give the thumbs up as we pass each other! read more

I went to Bikini Offroad to have a lift-kit installed on my 2013 Rubicon. Although I knew how to install the kit I just don't have the time these days. These guys helped me pick out a better kit than the original I was thinking about, but it wasn't an up-sale. The asked me what I was looking for in a lift and the Zone kit was actually less expensive than the one I had picked out and seemed to be a better quality kit. I dropped off my Jeep in the morning and they had it ready before closing time (as promised). The lift was perfect for my needs because I was able to install 35" tires and still maintain the factory handling characteristics. The had me come back after 500 miles to have them re-inspect and re-torque everything. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable - I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their Jeep. read more

I made a decision to get a Fox suspension kit and new wheels & tires installed on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma while working in Texas for two months. After some internet sleuthing, I saw Bikini OR came recommended by the local community. I stopped by and met Justin--an employee--who was very helpful considering how busy they were. Afterward, they let me order suspension, UCAs and a grill directly to the store instead of through them to save some $$$. When time came for the install they were very easy to work with and made all the efforts to ensure installation, fit and alignment were perfect. Pros: Great customer service, excellent workmanship, open and continual communication, personable and wonderful employees and willingness to readdress issues to ensure the final product is to the customer's satisfaction. Cons: Labor ended up being about $600 over the quoted estimate. --Personally I think the cost was worth the end result and if I was a local resident I'd trust them with all my Offroad needs (Jeep or not). 10/10 read more
