They fixed the initial problem before they could turn it on but come to find out it needed a new engine. They gave me several options on which I didn't go with either I ended up doing a trade in but the engine replacement quote they gave me was actually not too bad of a price. They worked pretty quick and gave a well detailed description on the work they were doing and what was wrong and tried to find cheaper solutions. Jorge was the one that helped me out and he communicated with me great. Personally wouldn't ever get a foreign vehicle again but this place is very reasonable and honest. Highly recommend. read more

Had them do a pre-purchase inspection, they missed the right headlight not working When I told them they made me buy the bulb at an inflated cost $85 (a pair is like $45) and said they'd not charge the $300 for labor. Look it up on YouTube replacing a bulb on a VW Golf is a 5 minute job. read more

Took 2020 Cayenne for an oil change. I appreciate the inspection on the vehicle, however it was recommended to do an $800 further inspection on a coolant leak and the service advisor was telling my wife before the inspection was done that it would need a water pump and valve, also that the rear brakes were at 2MM and it was a safety hazard. Took vehicle to a different shop and in less than 1 hour found a plug was weeping a small amount of coolant, the $5 part was replaced. No more leak. $800 for an inspection and who know how much they would had charge for a water pump that did not need to be replaced. Also, they detached a vacuum line to the water pump and left it detached. And, if the brake pads are low the wear indicators would give a dash warning light. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Overpriced upsellers. I declined all services and when my wife went to pick the car up the advisor still wouldn't let up and told her, "that pump has failed and you are going to burn your motor up." read more

On December 30, 2025, I visited Eurasian Auto Repair [15327 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78232] after seeing that they advertised a free diagnostic evaluation. Upon arrival, I waited for approximately one hour before being told by the front desk staff that their diagnostic scanner was "not working." I was then informed that I would need to pay to have my vehicle diagnosed instead. To be clear, the diagnostic scanner in question is the standard OBD-II device that connects under the steering wheel and communicates directly with the vehicle's computer. There is nothing unusual or proprietary about this process. When a shop advertises free diagnostics and then claims their scanner is broken only after a long wait--followed by a request for payment [$410.64]--it strongly resembles a bait-and-switch tactic. What makes this especially troubling is that my vehicle clearly provides diagnostic readings. Prior to this visit, I successfully used a scanner at O'Reilly Auto Parts [December 20, 2025], and immediately after leaving Eurasian Auto Repair, I went to AutoZone [December 30, 2025], where their scanner worked without any issue and produced a full diagnostic report. I uploaded: -- Scanner printouts from O'Reilly Auto Parts and AutoZone showing successful diagnostics -- The online price quote provided by Eurasian Auto Repair These documents demonstrate that the issue was ** not my vehicle **, but rather the shop's malfunction device. I surprised they didn't have a 2nd or 3rd device they could have used to examine my car, demonstrating a lack of preparation. In my opinion, this was a waste of time and an unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this auto repair shop and suggest others proceed with caution if they see "free diagnostic" advertised. Brought my car in for a noise complaint, told them I suspected it was the suspension in the front right side. (After doing more research I also know it was part of the ball joint and my sway bar could be replaced) but they tried to charge me $200 just to use a machine to find out where it was... they said 'yes we know it's a problem with the suspension but we're not sure' like what...? If there was a negative star, I'd be happy to do that....Awful...first, in addition to a new battery (which is what I needed), they told me the condenser was leaking (no photos ever provided, nor the old condenser). Then I was told the company providing the condenser had "mis-priced" and it would be an additional $500.00. They then "got it worked out." When I picked up the car, it smells and there are two white spots on the passenger seat. I went to EuroAsian Auto on Friday because my trunk wouldn't open. They called later and said they'd need to keep my car until Monday to figure out what was wrong with the latch. At first, they told me the latch still had power, so it shouldn't need replacement. Then they changed their story and said it would be "better to replace it," but the price was ridiculously high (which I didn't blame them for, I just decided not to move forward). When I picked up my car today, the trunk still doesn't open, they didn't fix anything, yet they charged me $220 just for "looking at it." Basically, I paid for nothing. ***** TOO PRICEY ***** $134.43 FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE ON 2018 CAMRY! They don't even top the other fluids! I used to pay around $70 with the dealer for a simple oil change. They charged almost double here. The wiper blade replacement is a complimentary service with the dealer, no charge for parts or service. And $60 for a simple pop out replacement is a joke. Wheel alignment is $260 and I thought $120 at the dealer was a little expensive than other locations. Every service is at least double the charge. Thought of giving them a chance after seeing the 15% discount on Costco auto program but I ended up paying way too extra for nothing. I have to make another trip for fixing the remaining issues. Called in for a timing belt quote. Man that answered seemed very uptight and rude. Told him about a rattling noise that I had on my car and if they could redo a timing belt job. He told me that he would rather refer me to a machine shop because he doesn't know if it's the timing belt or the engine. I asked him if I was able to bring my own parts. He cut me off mid sentence and told me that they don't do that and that he would again refer me somewhere else. Finally I asked how much it would be for parts and labor if they were to buy and install everything. It ended up being more than the dealership. Go figure. read more

Update 12/29/2022 2:58 pm Received an email offering for a Saturday morning appt after the initial phone call to which I gladly accepted and was thankful for the follow-up fomr John. Shortly after that however, I received a call from John wanting to know what my 'expectations' are for the service appt, to which my answer was just " I just wanted to have an oil change done.' He then proceeded to say quote- 'they are not a 'Jiffy Lube' or a 15 minute oil change center and if I was expecting that , then this was not the service center for me or my vehicle. Not certain what that was all about, but his tone and the inference was not appreciated and what was said was rather unprofessional . I replied to him in email after the call simply reiterating what really transpired and my expectations were like any body else- To have a great customer experience and get my car serviced. Few hours later, the same person calls me back again and cancels my service appointment saying ' they would not like to do business' which is after this type of interaction was fine by me. read more

I went in for A/C leak issue , I went back four times for the same problem and kept telling me the A/C now fixed, finally they told me at my last visit to take the car to the dealer because the dont know how to get in to the evaporator behind the dash, this is after paying $1000+ for service that was not resolved. do your due diligence and get quotes from other shops even the dealer coz their rates are astronomical high. read more

Update: Owner mentions "harassment and abuse" despite there being no tense words with his staff. I was incorrectly charged when my husband picked up the vehicle and I went back ans had them correct it. It required to go through my email to document Rob said $180 diagnostic would be applied as he initially told me that they never apply diagnostic to the bill. I was happy to have a paper trail and suggesting others so the same. The mechanical issue was fixed after a second trip at no charge. My complaint is in price transparency ( despite $180 Diagnostic credit there was still $100 in misc materials plus some taxes in addition to the original quote.) For customer budgeting, I think they should be able to provide a more clear estimate. As said before, I am fine to go elsewhere, but lack of responsiveness to emails and the false accusations of abuse and harassment are not acceptable and and should not be used lightly. I wouldn't have reached back out if we had left things with some sort of open conflict. Not sure what the issue is but disappointed the owner has decided to go that route or disparaging me. Hope my experience is a one off and not representative of the organization as a whole. Takeaway from my expedience - get your quote or diagnostic apply towards total in writing. Best of luck to all. Prior to authorizing a repair I had in writing from Rob Blessing that the diagnostic would be applied to any potential repair . When I went to pickup the car they charged the fee and said that they never apply diagnostic. I found the email in writing and had it corrected after some dispute. Also note, a quote may not include some materials and other taxes so a quote is not representative of the total amount paid. The car had a small issue and had to be returned but was resolved. This was not ideal but fine and handled okay after I sent in video of the noise. My review is in relation to billing and customer service. Rob should know what the policy is and be able to clearly communicate at all stages. Rob was obviously not pleased with my dispute because I decided to do another piece of work which had originally planned to do and emailed to ask if the quote was still valid. Rob said that he could not do the work and would not reply for my email as to why. I emailed the other location who I had planned to request if approved the quote and Roger, who had been friendly before I mentioned had prior quote was validating, refused the service and also will not say why. During our dispute on original work we never had any confrontation- just me pulling up email and disputing a bill, no raised voices on either end. The inspection results when you open the link say "courtesy vehicle inspection." This is not accurate if it is $180 on top of repair. If their policies are to charge separate for this, it is 100% fine but should be clarified. The only reason I was going to go back here is it was easy and I already had the quote and vehicle in system. In hindsight, I would much rather have someone else do the work. However, I also think Rob needs to adjust his procedures for better communication and accurate quotes. I am not sure why as they will not respond- but I don't think he wants to be held accountable for estimates/promises made in writing which is how I communicate. Suggestion- if using- get a quote. Get everything in writing. Clarify if diagnostic charges are being applied( again in writing which is only reason I got a refund) . Ask what isn't included there and may also be charged ( materials and such- I had additional $100 in parts and $60 on taxes not included in estimate after I got the refund for the $180 diagnostic ) . I was fine to pay what was owed- but want price transparency. Remember - "they" don't like being held accountable for not doing what they said they are going to do. That is all I ask from their service- deliver what you said you were going to do and if there is a mistake, do your best to fix it. I believe they did this on the actual work, just not in managing the service. Hope they can improve processes and customer interaction training to make a better experience. read more

Loved the fact that Nora called existing customers to see if there was any service needed on my vehicle. Just as easy as setting an appointment online. Arrived at 10:30 am and left around 2:30 pm. Had to wait a while for a battery to be ordered, hence the wait. You receive a text message with a link to the estimate before repairs are conducted. Charges are broken down to the grand total. You can easily approve or deny the charges. I had to ask about the warranty. Little upset that the battery only comes with a 30-month warranty, couldn't they just give me an extra 6 months? Most batteries at this price point have a 3 yr warranty. You'll receive a text message to notify you that your repairs are completed in case you aren't waiting at the shop. Overall I'm giving a 5-star review due to their reputation, great service, and awesome staff. I'd be a 100% highly satisfied customer if they gave me the 6 months warranty on the battery, but it's not a deal breaker. I've been coming here for many years but unfortunately, still take my car to the Audi dealership for discounted oil changes which come with free Audi loaners. These guys are top notch.. Great communication with knowledegable service writers. Since I live in California and my car is with my son in San Antonio, I've only been able to talk with them about my car over the phone. My 1998 Mercedes ML320 has over 225k miles and these guys have been able to keep her running great. They even replaced my whole A/C system which is a neccesity in Texas! They are not cheap, but I think their pricing is pretty fair and definitely less than the Dealership. Give them a try. I think you'll like these guys. read more
