Recently, I was patronizing a bar across the street, and I had a need so off I went. What a pleasant surprise! Atmosphere- This place is somewhat smaller than the other big auto part chains. It is spotless and well organized. Customer Service- I received a friendly greeting by the young employee who was the epitome of customer service. I couldn't have asked for more. Performance- I needed two items and they were found in a minute or so. The price was competitive, so I cashed out and I was out the door. There are other auto parts places in this little town, but I plan on stopping by here again when the need arises!

Read on- Arriving- They are directly on the Northbound side of US Route 27 and a snap to find. There is a more than adequate private parking lot with two entrances and excellent handicapped parking. What more could you ask for! Ambience- Spotless, well lit, and beautifully organized! The App- It' solid and the usual deal. Sign up for notifications of deals etc. Product- The stuff in retail packaging is, as typical, serve-yourself. I don't come in often enough to learn the store, so I just ask where something is located. It's never a problem. Of course, they have a large stockroom where they have thousands of parts that are not in retail packaging. Customer Service- I'm always just blown away with how good they are! I needed some new windshield wipers. I gave the very nice lady the make and model of my car. She pulled up many choices on the computer screen. I chose Rain-X, and she retrieved them for me. I asked if she would put them on for me and received a smile and a quick "Of course!" She placed a towel on the hood of my car to protect it as she laid down the old wiper blades. Just wow! I was in and out in 10 minutes with a smile on my face! Conclusion- I was the 1st to review these fine folks 9 years ago and have since visited many times. I needed a new battery. Customer Service- I called these fine folks, and a very nice employee told me that the owner Matt would be there to help me within 15 minutes! That's right, the owner of a business that's been in operation since 1958 was coming to help! He showed up in less than 15 minutes, jumped my car within seconds, and explained where and how to park my car at his place. Very efficient staff checked me in and took my keys. Ambience- I plunked myself down in a comfortable chair and noticed the very nice couch and flat-screen tv. Within minutes Matt came out and quoted a fair price and said it would be done quickly. Rest Rooms- At one point I headed for the restrooms and laughed out loud and the sign on each door! See my picture. Now I know why the men's room was eat-off-the-floor spotless! I didn't check the lady's room as I didn't want to deal with the screaming that would ensue! Wait Time- In less than 45 minutes my name was called, and I was out the door. That is nothing less than spectacular! My tire pressure light had lit up recently and I noticed that they took care of it without asking. Nice! Conclusion- What I experienced was a Master Class in customer service and professionalism. Ten (10) Stars is not enough!

Walked in with one gentleman at the counter and 3 people behind the counter. Stood there for a couple minutes and the lady asked if I had an appointment, I said no I was hoping to make one and she turned away and went to her computer. I was taken back. Customer sneezed and everyone said bless you and I said "sorry, I don't have the credentials." (Got a laugh from everyone) Stood there another 5 minutes after the only other customer went to sit down. Then I went and sat down. More people came in and I started openly asking who their best competitor is as I've been here for 15 minutes and haven't been helped. Scared me that no one had any recommendations. Then lo and behold I was pointed at and called on. Felt like the price is right and ran to the counter. Asked them who their competitors were as I'm not sure I have confidence that this is the right place for me. They all looked and the lady looked at me and said I didn't know you needed to make an appointment and I said yeah. When you asked I said "no I don't have one but would like to make one" and you walked away. Great costumer service. She was apologetic. But the first impression and confirmation from what my buddy experienced was done. I chose a tire and set up an appointment for an alignment and rotate of tires. But I'm scared if their workmanship is twice as good as their front office staff I would be lucky to have 30% of the lug nuts even on the vehicle when I pick it up. What would you do? I really want to use a local small business. But wow, just wow. I expect this kind of treatment from Firestone or discount tire. Not a locally owned business. And people wonder why local businesses fail.

How about my favorite brand of windshield washer fluid? Or maybe I need some touchup paint. For all these kinds of things, these guys are just fine. They are minutes from my home and have a big parking lot with easy in and out. They have great hours. The store is spotless, and I find it easy to find stuff. I've met several employees and they have all been friendly and efficient. What's not to like! If I need something auto-related, I'm sure to stop by.
