I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. OReillys sold us the wrong oil filter and caused our engine to blow. We were stranded on the lake…read moreand had to be towed. We went back to store to tell what happened and see what they would do. They admitted they made a mistake but wouldn't help us with the Adamaged engine. Offered us oil and the CORRECT filter is all. We had to send engine off and cost us $5000. I think we will hire an attorney or file a claim in court. So upset! And yes we went to District to ask them as well. Be careful when asking for parts because what info they put in the computer and the part they give you may not be correct.

It went immediately down hill. The person on the first counter, took a few minutes to look up when I told him what I needed. He asked the type of car, I told him it was for a trailer. He shrugged and said they should be over there, pointing to the back off the store. There were three or four service men at the counters, but the one I had made zero efforts to help me. I went and looked, could not find anything. Told him so, he shrugged and looked around the store. I left and went to O,Reilly and the were most helpful, spend some big bucks there!
