Arriving- They are directly on Main Street in teeny tiny Avon Park so they're easy to find. Mostly street parking here. Ambience- Lots and lots of stuff that's kind of sort off arranged by type. For example, custom sounds systems are in the same area. It can seem a little cluttered but it's clean and decently merchandised. Customer Service- I've never had a problem. There's a bunch of stuff that's fairly technical. So, if the person you're talking to doesn't have the knowledge, they'll quickly get the person who does. Products- I call the Toy Store Level #1. All the little stuff you seem to need like trash containers, sun blockers, seat covers etc. On my last visit I purchased a perfect, cushioned, steering wheel cover! See my pic. Level #2- Customized sound systems. Folks into that stuff will drool here with professional installation readily available. Level #3- Pickup truck customization. Everything your heart desires and more. Level #4- Tires and general maintenance. Catalog- Plug in the make, model and year of your wheels into their website for a targeted search to meet your needs. I looked it up. It's okay to patch a front tire as long as the screw was not on the sidewall. It was in the middle of the tire and still had plenty of tread life. After that, I said, "Okay, no problem. I will go somewhere else." I asked them if they would give me some air. They said no because I did not buy a tire from them. Psa don't stop here for a patch because they will try to force you to buy a new tire.

Chris is a very nice gentleman, but the business should and does depend on owner's and good will with customers. This will NEVER happen at this facility. I've been without one of the vehicles for going on close to two months and with this "supposed" warranty they sold me, which won't even call the service center back, apparently doesn't cover anything. Now the second vehicle won't start, I had the battery checked and it's fine so yet another vehicle with starter issues? Both vehicles also had tire rot which I needed to replace almost immediately after I bought them. They seem pleasant and helpful while they con you into buying from them but then give you the run around when issues which need their immediate assistance arise. I needed reliable vehicles and what I got were polished up junk which barely works when it does decide to work. Even with good credit they made me pray a large deposit on each and now I'm still paying lots of money for these cars on a monthly basis and can't use either one at this point.
