But beyond Great, in a class all its own, is Carranco & Sons Tire And Muffler. They have that rarest kind of customer service that only comes from a family business that combines integrity and genuine caring. After driving three days, I was stuck far from home on Labor Day with a flat tire. Carranco & Sons responded to a message by telling me they were closed and suggested a competitor, but instead of ending the conversation there, the owner began calling area tire places to make sure they were open. When he called me back, it was to let me know that indeed, everyone in the area was closed for the holiday, so he'd decided to drive into work and help me out himself! He and his wife both came, and she was a joy to visit with while he was working on my car. He found a screw in my tire, fixed it, then aired the other three up to the recommended pressure. They were quick, very inexpensive, and above all, cheerful about being there WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED to fix my problem. I can't say enough about this place; if you are anywhere near Zolfo Springs, there's no need to shop around - just call them!
