Went in for a tire change after being told by Mavis and Firestone my totals were 165 and 171. Mr…read more Willis at this location was incredibly customer friendly and efficient. Had me out the door for 103 after an hour. If you want good quality work, come here and talk to either Willis or Steven. I have had great experiences with both of these dudes.

I paid $672 to have the issue repaired. Unfortunately, about three weeks later, my A/C was blowing hot air again. I returned and was told another small part needed to be replaced. After that repair, the A/C only worked for another three weeks before the same problem returned. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. I brought my vehicle back again, and they performed another dye test. I was told they could not find any leaks and that the issue had been resolved. However, it was obvious that it had not been fixed because the refrigerant continued to leak out. The only solution I was offered was to bring the vehicle back each time the A/C started blowing hot so they could recharge the system. I filed complaints through email and made multiple calls to corporate but never received a response. Now, a year later and in the middle of summer, I am still dealing with the same issue that should have been properly diagnosed and repaired during my original visits. I recently took my vehicle to another shop, where they performed the same inspection using dye and immediately found a leak in the evaporator core. The technician stated that it "lit up like a Christmas tree" and could not understand how the leak was missed during previous inspections. They explained that this leak is exactly why my A/C would only stay cold for a few weeks at a time. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Apalachee Parkway location. Had the problem been correctly diagnosed from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision about the repair when I had the funds available. Instead, I spent $672 on repairs that did not solve the problem and am now facing a $2,400 repair bill for an issue that should have been identified much earlier. I will say the front desk workers were polite

I recently had a hybrid battery failure on my 2007 Prius. I deal exclusively with Bass Auto Care (on Capital Circle) and they handled the removal/reinstallation. I understand it's not for amateurs. Several months after that replacement, the rebuilt battery failed. Thankfully, it was warranteed - but regrettably, I was vacationing in NC with the car at the time - and that was definitely a setback since finding a service station that was associated with the warrantee agreement plan needed to be found. Bass Auto received the battery through Liles Auto (CarQuest, actually) and naturally, that battery was manufactured by yet another company. Jared from Liles Auto and Al from Bass Auto were instrumental in getting me back on the road relatively quickly from three states away. Well - that 2nd battery failed again. Now, it was all hands on deck - and Jared as well as Al were determined to make things right. After calling in a lot of favors, they got me back on the road with a perfect hybrid battery pack - and were able to get my expenses from my delays reimbursed as well. This all points to a commitment to their community, their customers, and their brand. I can't say enough about the ethics and attention to detail this operation had in getting me back on the road. I've learned that Jared Liles oversees a number of CarQuest stores in Tallahassee. If you're looking for indisputable ethics - you'll be satisfied here.
