Battery was dating 9/25, and always started up perfectly as it should since it's a new battery, perfectly functioning alternator, and no high powered sound system. I had high expectations since the manager helped me. When I picked the battery up after the, "charging" was completed, not only had he failed to do a simple task that's advertised as a free service, he gave me the run around telling me my battery was bad, and I should buy a new one, "but he would charge it and see how it goes". I'm not an idiot, when i plugged it back it it was still completely dead. I have 22 years of experience working on my own cars and have had 4 years of SCCA experience professionally racing. And during my time serving in the US Army, I was in charge of maintenance for one of our Humvee's doing meticulous inspections by the book, which was a cake walk for me. So I ended up ordering a jump pack and it started perfectly fine, and purchased my own external charger as well and surprise-surprise.. I had no issue. O'Reilly needs to higher a competent manager I expected integrity with his position but was met with none. The manager was just trying to up-sale a new battery that I know was perfectly functional. I was expected to be treated with at least a little respect having my disabled veteran credentials to my account but received a condescending round-around in return. Will never return to this O'Reilly again, test your luck in Salvation Army next door to them, you might find a working battery in there, at least you'll be treated with more respect. If you want it done right do it yourself, the manager was completely unethical and incompetent to simply charge a battery, all he did was check it with a voltage meter and kept it in back for 2 days. You should be ashamed of yourself.

They refused to switch the spare because they don't have the standard locking wrench for the McGard locks that have been used on Jeeps for the last 25 years. And I'm betting over half if not 75% of the brand of vehicle they work on is Jeep. Come on man? Really? There's lots of vehicle specific tools especially on suspensions and these guys don't have the STANDARD wheel lock wrench that has been used for 25 years? I find that ridiculous.

Two weeks ago, I attended the 4WP event at the Ontario Convention Center and made a significant purchase from your sales representative. I was convinced that they were the experts and spent $10,500 on the installation. Despite being promised that someone would contact me in a few days to schedule the installation at the Gardena store, I was not contacted until two weeks later, on the original order date. When I finally called the store, I was scheduled for installation. I brought my truck to the Gardena store and left it overnight, but no one contacted me for an update, and the store was already closed. I went onsite and spoke to an employee, requesting more time to complete the installation. Around 7 pm, I received a phone call informing me that my truck was ready. However, I was unable to inspect the work due to the late hour and darkness. I even gave the technician a $100 tip for their work. Upon returning home the next morning, I discovered that both of my rear fox suspension components were damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who apologized and offered to fix it. He arranged for a replacement and even called me to inform me that the wheels (which should have been included in the original order) were ready. I am unsure why they were not included. The manager assured me that Friday would be the day for the installation, but no one called me again. This is a second instance of poor customer service. Additionally, my skid plate was not reinstalled on my truck because the screws were too short. I had informed them from the beginning of the installation that they were the experts and should take the initiative to fix the issue. I expected them to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Why did they not sell me the long bolts necessary to fix the problem? What is a few dollars for long bolts when I have already spent $10,500? I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience I had with your company. The sales representative failed to fulfill my order for method ring wheels, resulting in poor installation and a lack of communication regarding the installation and follow-up orders. I wasted my time visiting your store multiple times, which could have been avoided if the issue had been resolved promptly. I also noticed that I do not have an upgraded spare tire wheel and tire that was supposed to be part of the package deal when I bought the sets during Ontario convention 4WP event. I was very upset and felt being mislead of your marketing sales and installation. I demand a partial refund for the damage to my suspension or you will remove all the parts you installed and receive a full refund. I expect a resolution to this matter promptly. The communication and handling of the situation left us feeling extremely disappointed and as though we were being given the runaround. However, after posting my review, **Finance Manager Mark Wagner and General Manager Niko Spacis** reached out to us. I want to make it clear that they were not aware of everything that had happened prior to my review being posted. Once they became aware of the situation, they acted very quickly to hear us out and try to make things right. Within a matter of a day, Mark and Niko worked with us to find a solution. Considering the extent of the damages, repairs, and the circumstances surrounding what we had originally been promised, we decided that rather than continue going back and forth, we would meet in the middle and agree on a resolution that allowed everyone to move forward.
