I went to this store to ask if they can install a battery I purchased from elsewhere. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service person at the front desk told me that he has to get an approval from his manager Tyler.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also asked in case, they couldn't install the battery purchased from elsewhere, how much it'll cost to buy and install at Just Tires. This quote was given to me on 06/30/26 $308.42. And there was a promotion at just tires for $50 off on batteries. I was going to return the battery I bought and buy the battery at just tires and have them install the battery. I went to just tires 2 days later and the store manager Tyler, told me they cannot install batteries that was not purchased at just tires and quoted me a price over $100 more to buy and install at just tires. Raymond told me one price and when I came to actually install the tire, he suddenly gave me a price that was more than $100 more than the price he gave me the week before. New Management. Run! Don't come here! Worst service I ever experienced. I had an appointment to replace my 4 tires y do alignment. They told me it was going to take about 2hrs. It took 4 hrs. I was there waiting. They explained that I had 6 months warranty but I should come back after two weeks because they needed to check it again...ugh??? Ok. This store is Tesla haters dont visit when carlo huerta and rigoberto Franco is there. I came for alignment but They messed up my alignment instead but gave me a bogus result. That is carlo says 80% ok. Because tesla has issue with alignment and thats all they can do. So i went to tesla right after i left the store. As you can see from tesla results 2nd picture my toe are all out of specifications. And they messed with my axle too as you can see the picture axle nut was removed. AVOID this SCAM company! I visited Just Tires to have a rear tire patched. Upon inspection, the manager, Charlie, informed me that an alignment and replacement of the front tires were needed. He verbally quoted a price that he claimed would cover all four tires and the alignment. However, he provided no written estimate or paperwork to review or sign. Charlie assured me the work would be completed within two hours. After returning to the shop approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I was informed that only the front tires and alignment had been completed--the rear tire had not been addressed, which was the original reason for my visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I returned to inquire, Charlie was suddenly unavailable, and the employee present claimed that the invoice only included two tires and the alignment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I requested to speak with Charlie, but was told he was on break and could not be contacted--though later, it became clear he could have been reached earlier.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Frustrated, I asked for the new tires to be removed since the price I was being charged was higher than a nearby competitor's quote for four identical tires. I also noticed Just Tires had a price match guarantee posted, which the employee refused to honor without a manager. The one thing that I did NOT like was they offered to do a oil engine and inspection and I told them no. But then 30 minutes later my car notified me that my hood was open and I was very upset because the last time I checked, you do not need to open an engine hood to change tires. So, I called the facility to ask why was it open and they stated that they are checking my oil when I specifically told him not to[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. my suggestion is for you guys to stay with your car so that you can watch what they are doing to your vehicle. Took my car in November for some new tires and an oil change, amongst other things. First time I was helped by Torrey- he was great and trusted him - I even thought I paid for the extra coverage he so carefully explained to me. The rain came and in March I go in after a notice of low tire pressure. I got another oil change and my tires checked. Torrey helped me both times. This time he told me my tires are all fine and giggled within the first few minutes I'm there. I'm excited that all I have to pay is my oil change this time. 10 minutes later he comes back talking about my tire is punctured and irreparable - now I have to pay for the replacement, which made me upset because he's telling me two different things. This led me to believe he either was lying to me the first time or didn't actually check anything. I left not knowing I hadn't paid for the extra coverage he explained to me in November and didn't pay for the tire to get replaced. We're in April now, my mother needed to use my car and I told her about the tire issue, so she takes my car in because she doesn't want to deal with tire issues. She meets Torrey and I can hear him on the phone as he's talking to her. He says the tire is fine (the same tire he told me needed to be replaced). So why was it needing replacement when I was there? Not to mention she says all he did was spray the tire down with water. I took my car back yesterday because a 2nd tire was giving me issues, in addition to the tire he told my mom didn't need to get replaced but told me the opposite. I spoke to Torrey once more when he broke it to me that I don't have the extra coverage he explained to me when I first bought the tires in November. I asked for a copy of the receipt which I compared when I got home. Came in to have my driver side front tire replaced due to flat tire. Rate is reasonable, service was quick. But I can tell my alignment was off after the replacement. My car will go left when it supposed to go straight. I did my alignment less than a year ago at Sears auto and it was perfect. So I called the store and then gentleman told me they only replace tire, it won't affect the alignment. He then tell me if I want to, I can go beach for their alignment service and how much it cost. Then a few weeks after, I received their promotion said during my last visit, their report says my car need to do alignment. These guys were great when I purchased my tires. Unfortunately, less than 2 years and 22K later I needed tires again. The tires came with an 80K mile warranty. When I returned the guy came out and asked what year my car was and if I ever had the struts replaced. I told him it was a 2012 and the struts were still okay. He said no, it's the struts and your warranty is meaningless. He totally dismissed me without even trying to be helpful. When I contacted Goodyear, they sent me to America's Tire with a $400 warranty credit. Just Tires does not stand behind their products. Go to America's Tire; their service is great. read more

It's a bit odd for me to leave a review for a tire place but I did want to acknowledge the courteous and helpful staff. I came in pretty distraught after getting a nail in my Tesla tire (which can be a nightmare as Tesla doesn't have a spare, run flat tires, and takes a specific type of tire and I was far from home). It was Mother's Day and I was spending some hours there so the guys were helpful in what they could do and also vacuumed my car to make my day a little less bad. I went to another store closer to home to repair my tire, but the line was out the door. I called Just Tires, as I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and they told me that they didn't have a line. I rolled up and the gentleman that I had spoken on the phone with glanced at my tire and said they couldn't fix it because it was too close to the edge. I could tell he was irritated on the phone that I told him another tire store said they could do it, but the line was too long. What this dude didn't realize is - yes I'm a woman, but this isn't my first rodeo. I know what's too close to the edge, and this wasn't it. This guy just didn't want to take the time to fix my tire because he was so busy doing nothing. Literally there were ZERO customers and he barely wanted to give me the time of day. Crappy customer service from a location I used to love. I've always had a great experience here, as this is also where my dad used to go, but this made me flip the switch. My mechanic told me I need new tires soon, guess I'll be going to the tire store down the street that expertly fixed my tire with a smile on their face. The tire store that didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. This was a one star experience, but the extra star is for the manager that so pleasantly helped me over the years here. While driving on Sepulveda Blvd the other day I suddenly heard my left, front tire exploding. This happened about 300 feet from this shop so I haven't really had the privilege of shopping around for the best service in Torrance (as I tend to do). So I came slowly rolling in with my car in hopes of getting my tire repaired. I was advised to buy a new one, since the existing one was pretty worn out and had few repairs on it already. The recommendation seemed fair enough and I opted for purchasing a pair of tires for the front. The staff took their time, given there wasn't too much going on the floor. But got it fixed within acceptable time frame. Regarding the prices, I am pretty sure there are much better deals out there, so if not the circumstances I would probably look elsewhere. read more

I went by on a Saturday to see if they would fix a leak from a screw in my run flat tire. They looked at it and said they couldn't do it because they put patches on leaks and since my leak was to the side of the main tread pattern their patch would not fit because it couldn't work on the slight curve. I drove away and a service station guy inserted a simple plug to seal my tire. All done in 15 minutes for $10. My feeling is that Just Tires did not want to do an inexpensive repair.
