    Great service at Martin Chevrolet
    Linda C.

So my brand new Chevy Colorado (less than 2,000 miles) dashboard display went missing (only maps and radio status would display). So I couldn't tell how fast I was going l, nor how much fuel was in the vehicle, and also the backup camera wouldn't engage on the display either). So took it in to Martin Chevrolet and dropped it off with "Ed" Edmundo Sanchez. Ed greeted me with a smile at my door and promptly took care of checking the vehicle in. Martin Chevrolet is a privately owned dealership (verses a big auto group) and their personalized and genuine caring shows! Ed took the time to offer pleasantries and promised a call or text when the truck was ready or if there were questions or approvals needed, so I felt comfortable leaving it. I waited in the service lobby for my ride, which had complementary coffee, and they also had a snack vending machine. TV's mounted to the wall with local news on. Comfy couches, a small display of Chevrolet merch and Chemical Guys detail products available for sale. The waiting room was clean and noticeably at that, it didn't smell or have terribly outdated reading materials and magazines as often other dealership waiting rooms do. It was nice to see the care given to the waiting room. Sadly my truck had quiet a few electrical issues they needed to address, but Ed kept me updated daily (they had the truck for 4 days trying to resolve it), but I'm so happy with the excellent communication and service. Ed was off on I'm sure a well deserved day off when I picked up the vehicle and I believe the service advisor by the name of Ricardo assisted me, he was friendly and helpful and part of the reason I won't bring my vehicle anywhere else in the future!

I accompanied along with my friend who went in for a "LOF" along with checking on a malfunctioning passenger window on 04/14/25. The attending Service Advisor (Richard) was very attentive whilst at the same time using his cell phone to video the outside/inside of the truck- to show how it appeared before any tech- touched the vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle- there were few suggested repairs/replacement of accessories- one of which being wiper blades- which to an unassuming person might just authorize this specific replacement at a dealer discounted price of $92.00- but they customer replaced those wiper blades less than two months ago with RainX Latitude wiper blades (I know because I purchased them via Amazon Prime Next Day Delivery)- I did bring this up prior to leaving the dealership with the Service Director- Ben. Initial thoughts explained was dirt on the windshield- I'll take that with a grain of salt. Granted the vehicle wasn't washed- maybe the customer needs to request this- granted it's not a Lexus- since on one occasion the local dealership did a hand-wash when all they did was check tire pressure at my request. Overall the dealership's management/staff performed attentive and quality work- with just a few inconveniences. Their showroom and service lobby was good as well with the obligatory free coffee/hot chocolate/etc.- it would've been nice if they had pastries like competing automotive brands in a few miles radius.

Great experience. What can I say! It was the first week of February and Was in the market to buy a truck and I had the pleasure of working with Robbie. Not pushy at all and he helped me the night before when I went by the dealer to just look. Following day I was going home from the store and wanted to ask some questions about the trucks and sales. I ended up buying the truck I wanted that night which was a 2026 Silverado ZR2. It was already 7:30pm on a Tuesday and by the time we were done it was like 10pm and they close at 9pm. The staff I worked with that day were friendly and professional. I would buy another vehicle here.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at Martin Chevy, specifically with Aaron in their sales department. I asked them to cancel my optional extended service contract and resubmit the deal to the finance company. Instead, I was told they would not cancel it because "they would be taking a loss on the car." This is not only unethical -- it's illegal. Under California Civil Code §2982(c) and Federal Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. §1601 et seq.), optional products like extended warranties or service contracts cannot be required as a condition of financing, and refusing to remove them after request is a violation of consumer rights. Aaron then told me to contact him when he was "off the clock," and when he called, he gave me an ultimatum: either have the loan funded by Monday or they would "come get the car" -- all because they refused to remove a $2,800 extended service contract I did not want. Again, service contracts are completely optional. On top of that, Aaron texted me repeatedly during my workday, pressuring me to move forward. I even tried to meet him halfway, but the dishonesty continued. All of his managers were equally dismissive and unprofessional. While I understand my credit situation is not perfect, that does not give them the right to bully or manipulate me simply to secure their commission. I fully intend to file a formal complaint with the California Department of Motor Vehicles Occupational Licensing division and the Bureau of Automotive Repair, as well as cancel the service contract once the loan is funded. Looking back, my first red flag should have been how many times they kept reworking the deal to get more money out of me. Initially, I was told $1,000 down, then $2,000, and on the very day I was set to pick up the car, they raised it to $2,500 -- telling me this while I was already on the way to the dealership. This was a textbook case of high-pressure sales tactics, dishonesty, and disregard for consumer rights. My advice: stay away from this place at all costs.

Arturo was amazing he was able to get us transportation to the dealership and when we had questions or inconveniences come up he always had an answered or was able to give us an answer. I have bought multiple cars in the past and this was the first time that a sales person knew more than me about the vehicle you could tell that Arturo had done his homework.

December 20th, 2025. I picked up the corvette this afternoon, when they brought it up, I noticed the car very dirty, full of bird poop, glue on the windshield, empty gas tank. When I dropped it off the last time it had over a 1/4 tank, the car had just been washed and waxed the day before, no glue on the windshield, and no scratch. For having the car over 40 days, assuming it was under the sun all this time, they could not even return the car as it was dropped off. I guess now I have to spend more money getting the bird poop stain out of the paint. Customer Service at this place is close to none-existent. I was able to speak to Ben on the phone, but no one has yet address the email that was sent to them. Maybe someone will respond to the follow-up email sent today.

What a great purchasing experience! Bought a nice vehicle at a reasonable price. Shout out to Arturo M. for fast professional service.

Will never return to this O'Reilly again, test your luck in Salvation Army next door to them, you might find a working battery in there, at least you'll be treated with more respect. If you want it done right do it yourself, the manager was completely unethical and incompetent to simply charge a battery, all he did was check it with a voltage meter and kept it in back for 2 days. You should be ashamed of yourself.

You have to register the battery in a timely manner, or your car won't charge your new battery properly and it won't be as good. It's basically telling your car that "hey, you have a new battery at X Ah, take care of it". For my particular car, it's $90+ of gear/software on top of everything else. I went into the store, Esteban was immediately there to help me locate the correct battery and help me install it. Seriously went above and beyond to help me. Btw, while they do installations and stuff, they can't see in the dark. So depending on the time of year, installations can end as early as 4pm.
