I came here to get tires for my vehicle. On the sign, the price is posted at $20 per tire.As is…read morealso bought a middle council tray from a car while I was there , the total from my 4 tires and middle council piece was a $133.I was not offered a receipt. But I had paid with a credit card. After I'd left this store.I told my friend what I paid for the tires and he was very surprised because he had never paid that much money for tires there before. And I assumed that probably they overcharged me and charged me maybe ring me in for 5 tires, instead of the 4 that I purchased. I called down there and tried to explain what I thought had happened and that I had been overcharged, and that I didn't have a receipt, because I was not offered one at all. The person on the phone was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak with a manager, but they just put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back again, same thing happened. I asked to speak to someone else, put me on, hold, hung up on me so then I decided to go down there, talk to somebody in person when I got there, of course, they knew who I was. Probably the only female that had been there that morning. They ran back into the office notified my arrival, but then completely ignored me.\n Finally, an employee came out to talk to me. And\n Told me that, since I had bought 4 tires. It was more expensive because it was a full set. Which is odd because it's actually the direct opposite. It's less expensive when you buy off 4\n He asked if my tires had an orange line on them, which made them a set and no, they did not 3 of the 4 had an orange line but they did not all have line painted on them. They refuse to give me a receipt. They would not look up my order by the receipt number. They one hundred percent know I only bought four tires , and they charge me the price of 5. If you're a woman, don't ever go here because they will 100% rip you off, they are a bunch of crooks.

No, no no no no!…read more Avoid this place. I wasted my time and gas to get there so you don't have to. You are welcome! They can't tell you if they have a certain car or not, it's $2 just to walk around. You cant bring in cutting tools, and they won't cut a part off for you. (It was only two friggin stripped nuts and I had a reciprocating saw in my car)!!

Had no problems even below freezing. Had a medical problem in the family and couldn't get out to start or drive the truck for the last 2 weeks. Battery deader than a doorknob, not even a click. Got it jumped, took it to the same location we bought the battery from. They tested it, said it was only 3 volts and had to be at least 10 to claim the warrenty. They put it on an overnight charger. No calls from them about status. When we called, Mike stated they could only get it to 7.5 volts and thereby voided the full warrenty we paid for and would not provide a new battery. Voided the warrenty on a 5 month old battery because it would not hold a charge? Since when does this make sense?! Never again!

I got a confirmation email immediately that said my appointment was set. I also received a text at 7 AM the next morning saying my appointment was set. I got there at 9:15 and was met with "we tried calling you twice yesterday to tell you we didn't have your battery in stock". I confirmed the number they had was correct (not remembering they had texted me 2 hours prior) and it was. No voicemail, no missed calls, confirmed they had the correct number. Their story didn't add up...I would have been fine if they would have just owned the mistake and admitted they dropped the ball. I went to the cell phone repair store across the street (CPR), they got me right in without an appointment and my phone works great.
