We got a nice roomy spot for such a good price, and he even gave us an extra discount because of a minor problem left by the previous tenant. Then when I was struggling with the door to get the latch closed, he knew about the quirks on how to get it closed all the way. He also knew what sort of lock to recommend (my now-retired spouse was a locksmith for most of his life and agreed with the choice). We had some conflict because of a problem with the secured entrance and I had a bad stressed out moment due to some time constraints I had at the time, but the problem got resolved quickly and once that was repaired things have been fine. The storage appears to be well-insulated too, considering how hot it has been this summer and the storage units are outside with no climate control.
