Dr. Zheng treated my dad after he had a stroke. She was amazing. Her technique was great, and she really cares about her patient. She goes out of her way to make sure my dad felt comfortable and making progress towards recovery. Her treatment room is nice and clean with very nice ambience. My dad fell asleep couple of times with the nice soothing music. After about a month of treatment, my dad gained back most of motor skills and can walk way more steadier than he could just a month ago. I can't recommend this place enough! She is so welcoming and sweet I felt very comfortable telling her all of my problems. Not sure why they have a 5 star review, but my recommendation is maybe do more research about acupuncture before you want to try it and maybe visit more places before making a decision, since it doesn't work for everyone and accidents happen. Remember, they are not doctors and they may not have enough knowledge about your issues. My experience here ended up having to see an actual doctor to fix what she has done to me. Here is my comment book based on my experience for the community: 1. Dark and not clean office; 2. She doesn't check on your symptoms carefully and thoughtfully after the first time, and she treats similar issues with different people the same way. It is a big red flag that I wish me and my husband could recognize earlier, because the causes of issues on everyone is different and the body condition is also different. 3. She doesn't knock when she wants to come in at the end of your treatment, which wasn't helpful for me to really relax. 4. And she doesn't check on patients during treatments, so you won't have a chance to communicate with her and ask her to adjust the treatment. Of course, you can chose to scream and call her, my bad that I didn't I guess. 5. The second appt for me there was terrible, she somehow made my spine very uncomfortable, and I felt my pulse on the left side of my forehead strongly and it was quite painful. 6. One day post my second appt, I woke up with the back of my head numb, painful and swollen in a large area. I couldn't move my head for a few days without causing more pain. 7. After the swollen area got smaller, I got a swollen vain around that area, broad been size. (Remember, it's on the back of my head, not on the legs or arms, so it does make me worry a lot) I texted her and she said she never had any accident with any patients and it should because I was nervous. Highlight - It's YOU, not her. 8. She won't take your key points and let you finish explaining what happened and your concerns, if you try to ask her to figure out how to solve the new issues that she caused. She was standing in front of me closely and kept talking about it's all my fault and I must have some problems that I didn't know, instead of actually listening to what happened and my explanation and symptoms. My husband even said to her to let me finish first. 9. I went there to fix my wrist and ankle pain, and it ended up that the pain is still there but I have to go see an actual doctor about the swollen vain on the back of my head, constant pain from my neck to my left shoulder, and shortness of breath. 10. At the end, she did apologize for making me feel uncomfortable during the second appt, but not admitting to the issue that she caused, and do people need apologize from treatment provider or a doctor? 11. She does multi-task while treat patients. Taking phone calls, or chatting with others while getting needles in somebody's body. There are accidents caused by acupuncture, and some can be very serious. So I would def recommend to do more research and find the best one for you if you have to try this type of treatments. read more

Dr. Zheng is so knowledgeable and helpful! My husband and I had been trying for two years to have a baby and we got pregnant after three months of fertility treatment with Dr. Zheng. Some other clinics advertised fertility acupuncture programs for $8,000-- all I had to pay was $30 copays because my insurance covers 20 acupuncture appointments. Make sure you visit Dr. Zheng before paying for an expensive fertility program! She recommended supplements for us that we could get on Amazon-- no need to pay a huge markup at some other clinic for the same stuff. I hope this is helpful! read more

Dr. Rose Zheng is wonderful. I went to her initially for a knee issue when I strained if after exercising and she helped me. Later I came back with a bigger issue... I was dealing with spotty hair loss. Rose has been so caring and attentive. I found signs of alopecia areata and came in very upset. She has helped so much and in THREE MONTHS my hair has grown back!! I have been going twice a week and applying cut ginger every day. She has been extremely helpful and kind. She's so sweet to always remind me to get good rest, as well. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zheng for hair loss treatment such as AA. Try it! I did one round of steroid shots and immediately decided against it and kept going to Dr. Zheng. She truly has advanced experience and being from China has the real insight to what really helps when it comes to acupuncture. I get the best rest too, after my appointments. read more

I have suffered from severe back pain after my car accident in 2012, which was further proliferated by my desk job. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Zheng to me and I have never been more grateful. After just a few treatments, I was able to manage the pain so well that I no longer needed my pain medication. Dr. Zheng is extremely knowledgable and warm and each treatment is always very relaxing. She made sure to communicate with me how she predicts the acupuncture will interact with my body. Other effects that I have felt from the acupucnture include getting a better night's sleep and feeling overall less stressed. I have since greatly reduced the pain in my back and I've been seeing her twice a month just for overall health maintenance. I can't recommend her enough! Definitely 5 stars. read more

I went into this appointment not fully understanding this technique of healing but optimistic. I chose this location based on reviews and I must say, I was surprised upon arrival. The office itself is not very clean. An example of this is a medical bin to dispose of needles is completely full and on the floor with the lid broken off (seems like a health violation of some sort?) Also, the dr answered her cell phone in he middle of my appointment (as she is telling me to relax!) I decided to give the office a 2nd try a few days later and although I am still unsure if medically it helps solve my back pain, and th dr again took a cell phone call right after placing me into position on th table and never told me how long she would be gone. (She didn't even excuse herself, just left) I was not able to relax at this point so I don't think this session was effective. I am still unsure on acupuncture and plan to search elsewhere to get another experience but I will not return here and thought patients should know this before booking. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Zheng now for a couple of years. I see her off and on as needed. Never once has she tried to sell me on a package plan for treatments or insisted on seeing me when I was cured as it were. She is wonderful!! For me acupuncture needles can be uncomfortable when they first go in but the results are great and the discomfort fades quickly. I have seen Dr. Zheng for my lifelong allergies and based on her treatments most of my symptoms have faded. While I still have food allergy issues environmental allergies are no longer much an issue for me. She treated a severely pulled muscle that I damaged when coughing from a bad cold. It took a few sessions but she was able to get me well and do so without the need of drugs or painkillers. Acupuncture really seems to work. I feel more balanced and healthy when I have acupuncture. She also does cupping when it is needed. She is working on a shoulder muscle for me right now and it seems to be responding well. I might look like I have been hugged by an octopus but the temporary marks are worth it. I recommend Dr. Zheng as she really is excellent. read more

While I was traveling to Washington to visit some extended family I got food poisoning. I had such difficulty sleeping so I decided to find an acupuncturist after doing some internet research. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Zheng is a miracle worker. I slept like a baby at night after just the first session. I absolutely do not recommend Min Zheng. We saw Min Zheng about 2 years ago, without issue. We decided to go again in August 2016. For these visits in 2016, Min Zheng submitted the wrong codes to our insurance company (we ARE covered for the service she provided, and she IS in-network), yet the claim was rejected. Over the past 4 months, I have had four of my provider's reps contact her directly by phone to confirm that she needs to resubmit her claims with the proper codes in order to be paid - that we are covered for the services provided and she is in-network. Despite indicating she would do so four separate times, Min Zheng has not submitted a new request since September 2016, yet continues to contact us for payment directly. She was made aware prior to September that we are covered for the services, and she's in-network. Zheng now has the proper codes and a direct fax number to submit the claim. How do I know this? I was on the phone with my provider in a conference call with Min Zheng YESTERDAY. I will update this review to confirm whether she does proceed through insurance, although I'm not hopeful given her unknown rationale for not doing so in the past. I would not see this "professional" for wellness. Her refusal to properly get the claim approved by our insurance - which we are covered for - has caused a great deal of stress on our end, much more than any help she has ever provided. read more

Dr.Zheng helped my greatly helped with my pains. I had suffered a very bad car accident a few months ago, in which my car was completely damaged, and the accident caused me to experience neck pains, should pains, and lower back pain. The pains were incredibly difficult to deal with, even disrupting my sleep and work. A friend recommended Dr Zheng's acupuncture to me, and it was amazing. After only several acupuncture treatments, my pain reduced from a 9 to a 4. After one month, I am almost completely pain free. Now I can sleep well and my chronic elbow pain (which I had prior to the accident) is also gone. read more

I suffered from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome this March. I couldn't sleep all night for more than a week due to severe numbness of my right hand. And the pity thing was I couldn't get a hand doctor's appointment right away, I was told I had to wait for two weeks for the next available appointment. I've dealt with Dr. Zheng for a couple of years. She had very positive results in helping me with digestive disorder and stress relief. Sometimes the needles do hurt, but that's for good results.
