Kelly has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and patient with me and my concerns... and above all, she is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. I came to her for a consultation, and she suggested I do a course of fotofacials followed by a mild chemical peel. I was irrationally scared about this (think, TV characters with bright red skin for comedic effect), but I am so glad I trusted her expertise because I am thrilled with the results. For the first time I can remember in years, my skin is completely blemish-free. My skin tone is even. My acne scars and fine lines have softened. My skin is tighter and glowing. By the account of that one family member who tells it like it is, I've shaved 5 or 10 years off my appearance (ha, she's right though). It is wonderful to be able to go out without a pound of makeup on my face. The change from just a few months before is drastic, and it's is remarkable to me that we could achieve these results without injectables, invasive procedures, etc. Thank you, Kelly! You are a beautiful person, inside and out! P.S. The facility is very private for those of you looking for discretion. I've only crossed paths with another client, briefly in the waiting room, one time out of all my visits.

Breast cancer patient under the care of Dr. Grace Ma. This…read morereview is not for cosmetic patients. It is for women navigating reconstruction after cancer, especially younger women trying to make careful, long-term decisions about their bodies during an already overwhelming time. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent mastectomy on September 3, 2025. I chose this surgeon intentionally because I did not want breast implants. From the beginning, I was clear that I wanted reconstruction using my own tissue. My goal was not to recreate what I had before, but to move forward in a way that felt livable in my body. Smaller, lighter, natural. I would have rather gone flat than have implants. Based on those conversations, I agreed to a staged reconstruction plan. I underwent mastectomy with placement of a tissue expander with the understanding that DIEP flap reconstruction would follow in about three months. My mastectomy went well. My pathology showed the best possible outcome and I had no healing complications. There was no medical reason to delay reconstruction. I continued through recovery believing the plan was moving forward. I completed a CT scan specifically for DIEP surgery. At my final appointment, I was told surgery would be scheduled and to expect a call from the nurse. After receiving no call as promised, I followed up. The following week, I received a voicemail stating that DIEP reconstruction was not covered by my insurance and implants were suggested instead. I contacted my insurer directly. They informed me no prior authorization had ever been submitted on my behalf. The procedure had never been reviewed, which also meant I had no path to appeal. I reached out to the office multiple times asking them to submit the authorization or confirm in writing that they would not, so I could move forward elsewhere. I received no response. As a result, I have been left for months in the expander stage of reconstruction, which is supposed to be temporary. It is painful, physically limiting, and not something you can simply adjust to. I cannot sleep on my side. I have ongoing discomfort and shoulder pain. This has gone on far beyond what I agreed to. Eventually I had no choice but to leave and find a new surgeon, restarting reconstruction mid-process. That should not happen in the middle of cancer care. This was not a medical complication. It was a breakdown in communication and follow-through that left me without access to the reconstruction I had planned and consented to. It also reflects a failure to respect clearly stated patient goals. I filed complaints with my insurance, my state senators, and the Insurance Commissioner. The Commissioner's office investigated and determined that the barrier to my care was the responsibility of my provider, not my insurer. Today the medical board informed me that my complaint falls outside their jurisdiction and referred me to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. We are talking about cancer treatment and my body btw, yes, the body I live in and am always aware of. Women are not lifeless objects that have no thoughts or feelings. My cancer reconstruction should not be in the same category as a microwave oven but that is where becoming a client of Peachtree Plastic Surgery has led me. If you are a breast cancer patient considering reconstruction, do not assume that statements about what is or is not covered are final. Confirm that a prior authorization has actually been submitted and reviewed. Get everything in writing. I would not recommend this surgeon if your goal is autologous reconstruction or if you do not want implants. I am sharing this as a warning so that other women do not find themselves in the same position.

I want to begin by saying that I had a good consultation with Dr. Stong. I found him to be…read moreknowledgeable and talented at what he does. Based on his before-and-after photos and the results I saw, I had every confidence that he was capable of delivering a beautiful surgical outcome. Ultimately, after extensive research and multiple consultations with several surgeons, I chose another surgeon. This was not because I believed Dr. Stong was incapable or less skilled. In fact, I believe both surgeons are highly talented and would have likely provided excellent results. What changed my perspective was what happened after I made my decision. Following my consultation, I first received calls from his office staff. Then I began receiving text messages from Dr. Stong's personal cell phone questioning my choice and expressing surprise that I had selected another surgeon. The messages included comments suggesting I would be "getting half the results," that I was falling for marketing schemes, criticism of the other surgeon's training, and repeated insistence that he was the better choice. Unfortunately, the communication did not stop there. I received text messages after midnight, phone calls, and additional text messages that continued over the course of three days after I had already made my decision clear and was no longer responding. What began as an unexpected follow-up ultimately became persistent enough that I felt I had no choice but to block further communication and write this review. As a patient, I found this uncomfortable, disappointing, inappropriate, and ultimately very unsettling. Patients invest significant time, emotion, money, and trust when choosing a surgeon. We research, compare, ask questions, review outcomes, and make the best decision we can for ourselves. Once that decision has been made, it should be respected. A patient should never feel pressured to defend their choice, justify their decision, or continue discussing it after the matter has been settled. What stood out to me most was that the decision was no longer about surgical skill. It became about professionalism, communication, boundaries, and respect for patient autonomy. I understand that surgeons are passionate about their work and take pride in their results. However, there is a difference between confidence and repeatedly contacting a patient after they have made an informed decision to go elsewhere. My consultation experience itself was positive. The communication that followed was not. I sincerely wish Dr. Stong and his practice continued success, and I believe he has helped many patients achieve wonderful results. However, I also believe prospective patients deserve to know that how a physician handles a patient's decision can be just as important as the surgery itself. Technical skill gets someone on the list of surgeons you're willing to consider. Character, professionalism, communication, and how they handle patients often determine who you ultimately trust.

I spent nearly $700 on upper eyelid filler and experienced significant complications, including…read morenoticeable eyelid drooping (ptosis) that lasted for several months. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The office initially assured me they would resolve the issue to my satisfaction. However, after multiple visits, phone calls, and months of follow-up, I was still not satisfied with the outcome. Eventually, I sought corrective treatment elsewhere to help address the problem. Patients should be aware that upper eyelid filler is a controversial procedure that carries risks. In my case, after I developed ptosis that persisted for more than five months, Dr. Stong attempted to dissolve the filler but also suggested that I may have had pre-existing ptosis. I repeatedly requested a refund, which I believe should have been offered much earlier given the circumstances, but that never happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. I found the communication and follow-up disappointing, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. Beyond the financial cost, the situation resulted in a significant investment of time, patience, and additional treatment expenses. In my opinion, the procedure provided no benefit and exposed me to risks that ultimately outweighed any potential results.

I have been a fan of Dr Jones, since watching him on the tv show, Atlanta Plastic! I have followed him and watched his phenomenal work on Instagram for years, hoping to one day be a patient. The fact that he is double board certified, and has an excellent reputation, made him the obvious choice. From the first zoom consultation Dr. Jones was charismatic, personable, and very humorous, yet extremely professional which put me at ease. I knew I had chosen the Wright doctor, excuse the pun Dr Jones has a wonderful staff, especially his assistant Ariel, who answered all my questions, day and night. I-underwent a drain-less tummy tuck with muscle repair, and 360 lipo. The results are amazing, yet natural. My belly button is perfect, and my butt looks a lot rounder and bigger since my waist is snatched. At 52 I am amazed at how great my body looks. I get so many compliments. I loss 25 plus pounds after surgery, all in part of following dr's instructions which were quite thorough. Let me be clear, there is no perfect surgery, but overall my experience was great. I highly recommend Dr Wright Jones.

The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. Unless AirSculpt is prepared to discuss an appropriate refund or meaningful resolution, there is no need to contact me further. I take this matter very seriously and do not view it as a trivial issue.

Unfortunately, I did let Dr Miotto place filler above my eyebrow for some creasing that I did not like. As soon as she finished, she said "oh I think I made it worse. "I left the office looking like I had a tootsie roll above my eyebrow. And I was charged for it.(!) I had hoped that this would dissolve overtime. Two years later, I have a persistent ridge over my eyebrow. It's not a good look. Also beware of Dr Miotto's husband -partner who had encouraged me to undergo facial threads which I refused. Anyone who is well trained in Plastic Surgery and who is ethical knows that threads are only good for a number of months and they make a potential future facelift more complicated. He also wanted to give me filler for my 'baby jowls' which would only have masculinized my jaw.
