He lacked empathy and didn't provide the service I requested. He focused on the temples and cheeks which caused the hollowness under my eyes to get worse. He did not inject above the knuckles as discussed, so the hands are unbalanced. In a follow up meeting I was crying and he told me to stop as that would affect his pictures. At this point, I have permanent dark discoloration beneath my eyes, prominent veins that were not previously visible, asymmetry, and worsening of the hollow appearance I paid to have corrected. In building up the cheeks, which was not the service I requested, this made the hollows even more sunken than before. The entire tear trough area has a dark grey line from the nose to the outer eye. The fat transfer to my hands did not take, making that ineffective as well. I am worse off now than I was before and have to find a new doctor to fix this mess. Do not recommend, check his reviews.

I wanted a natural look and give some volume to fill out shirts/dresses and I could not be happier with the result. The surgery went great, recovery was well explained and managed and follow-ups went easily. I am so happy with the result and love having my confidence back after having kids and going into the summer months. Could not recommend him and Marietta plastic surgery enough!!!

I felt they should have discounted that procedure or do something for all the money I paid the first go around. He claimed I had scare tissue and that is why the initial surgery didn't work. He did not mention any scar tissue once he performed the first surgery. I feel like he could have worked with me. Even though I spoke with office manager. Still they did nothing for me. I left spending a lot of money with no difference and no compensation. Be careful going here. Supposedly he does this surgery all day.

Y'all, let me tell you about my experience with Dr. Okoro and his team at Georgia Plastics. I had a…read moretummy tuck, lipo 360 (flanks, upper and lower abdomen, bra rolls, the works), and skin tightening. Essentially, I had a mommy makeover minus the breast augmentation (and BBL). I woke up from the surgery in discomfort, but no real pain. Mind you, I have a high tolerance for pain, but you'll also be given a nerve block that lasts 72 hours--pretty sure it lasted longer for me. I'm going to be completely honest and tell you that I was regretting my life choices for the first few weeks after surgery because I was so miserable with swelling--not pain, swelling. Swell hell is real, and you will definitely deal with it after lipo. Also, sleeping upright was a nightmare because I could never get comfortable, plus, I was waking up with a headache every morning, but I attribute that to poor neck alignment. Once I got over these humps, it wasn't smooth sailing, but it was better. Once I was more mobile and able to do more things for myself, healing really progressed. I'm now six weeks post op, and I'm about 85% better. And while I'm still swollen, I am snatched, honey! My waist wasn't this small before I had children! So, I say all this to say: if you're thinking of having any work done, run, don't walk to Dr. Okoro and crew! They are knowledgeable and skilled, and you'll get the body you've dreamed of in no time. Well worth every penny spent!

I visited Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery on June 10th for a consultation with Dr. Lee…read moreregarding a surgical lip lift. Unfortunately, my experience was far from professional or patient centered. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken on a 20-minute unsolicited tour of the entire clinic by a staff member who spent the entire time preaching about the practice's positive reviews--it felt like a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a medical consultation. I did not request or need this tour. After the tour, I was placed in a waiting room before being taken for before photos of my lips, even though no procedure was agreed upon or performed. I then waited another 10 minutes before Dr. Lee entered the room. The consultation itself lasted only 10 minutes, during which Dr. Lee mentioned that he was unsure whether he would have images to share of his surgical lip lift work due to not having patient's consent. I understand, but ultimately this is a red flag for transparency. It should have been communicated by the office prior to paying the consultation fee that he had no images of previous work regarding this surgery that he could share. He also expressed concerns about scarring on someone as young as me (24) and stated that he doesn't rush into surgery, which left me confused about the purpose of the consultation in the first place. At the end of the visit, a woman at the front desk provided me with an estimate of over $3,000 for the procedure. Despite this, there was no follow-up from the office regarding images, next steps, or scheduling. Instead, I received seven emails asking me to leave a review--an obvious attempt to manipulate ratings rather than address patient concerns. When I called two weeks later to request a refund for the $150 consultation fee, the staff member argued with me about the amount of time I spent in the office, including the unnecessary tour and photo session. This behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. She noted that consultation fees are non-refundable. The entire experience left me with a very negative impression. The lack of transparency, the aggressive sales tactics, and the complete disregard for follow-up care make me question the integrity of this practice. Do not waste your time or money here.

After booking an another appointment for a revision in October of 2024 , I felt very rushed again…read more The doctor didn't take more than 5 minutes of time to go over the details of my surgery plan. Said a few words & asked if I had any questions... her office manager came in and gave me the quote. Price isn't something that I want to be concerned with as this is an important surgery that needs to be treated sooner than later. I initially asked for the cost of just one side that has capsular contracture. Was quoted $6400, no problem. After I left I was curious about the cost of doing both sides since it's been 5 years. I emailed the office manager Gina. She emailed back saying she would get back to me, things were very hectic because they were in the middle of a move. Three months go by... I never heard anything back. I left a 2 star google review due to not only feeling rushed after the first surgery but every single appointment after that. Another reason for this review is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. When I called back the first week of February 2025 to follow up on the quote of doing both sides (due to being ghosted) I was immediately shut down by the office manager due to my 2 star review... is that how an office professional should lead a conversation? I'll leave that up to the reader to decide. Moving on... the office manager Gina proceeded to tell me that she didn't think Dr. Baron wants to do my surgery because of the review I left... the review was honest about feeling rushed time & time again. Neither the doctor nor the office person reached out regarding that review at any point in time. I explained to Gina, the office manager, that I would be happy to delete the review as well as updating it to a positive review once I met with the surgeon so I could have answers to the questions I had regarding the surgery. She agreed to having me come in to meet with Dr Baron. She even told me that she scheduled me for a 45 min consultation to give enough time for my questions. I made the appointment to go over all of the questions I had that weren't answered in the previous appointment due to being rushed. She had the audacity to tell me that Dr Baron felt like she answered all my questions... how can you answer any questions in 5 minutes of an appointment??? I felt like a number instead of a patient. This is not how any plastic surgeon should behave towards any patient, much less a patient returning for a 4th surgery. It is truly appalling to know that I have spent so much money and felt like such a waste of time to this surgeon and her practice. Making informed decisions is crucial when have surgery of any kind. After addressing my concerns on the phone with Gina, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following week. I asked for the address - She gave me some BS story about how they were still in the process of moving, that they are still in a temporary location and that they could move any day now... mind you it's been 4 months since their "move"began... this was a HUGE red flag. Why be so secretive about the location. I called the office line yesterday, a couple days before my appointment so I could get an address. The front office girl gave me the address without hesitation. Odd right? This gets even worse... the day before my scheduled appointment, I receive an email stating that the surgeon is not going to see me as a patient anymore because of the review that I left. At no point in time did the surgeon ever reach out to me to address my concern. If that doesn't speak volumes about this place, I don't know what else does. I was speechless!! I don't like to leave a negative review but this is totally unacceptable.

I've been wanting to get a breast lift and augmentation done for a long time. Finally decided to have it done since I'm getting married. Came in for a consultation everything was great. I told the nurse that I'm allergic to tapes/adhesive so we did a tape test. The tape she gave me to test for a week was great no reaction. I told Dr. Colgrove my goal was to have my breast symmetric, have more of an upper pole, more volume and cleavage. I also brought in my goal picture. One of my breast is larger than the other, so we decided to go with an anchor lift and reduction on the side that was larger. The other breast I had a lollipop lift to position the nipple and to make both nipples a little bit smaller. I understand that they will not be twins. I just need them to look even and lifted with cleavage. I also paid to have the mesh(internal bra) put in so they would not bottom out or sag later on. I chose to go with 380cc Motiva round. He did 380cc on both side. Fast forward to surgery day. My surgery was on July 10th 2025. Everything was fine during surgery. When I came home I noticed that they had used a different tape on me, and not the one that we tested on my skin. Had an appointment to come back for post op the next day. The nurse removed the tape to change it and noticed that I had blisters and hives all over my breast. The Dr. did not come in the room to look at it or let me know what he did during surgery post op. He stood at the door and looked in and say come back in a few days and prescribed me steroids. I also told him I'm having pain in my armpit where he did the lift he said maybe because of the way my arm was positioned during surgery. So I didn't think anything of it since he's the Dr. and he probably knows best. Couple days later I came in he told me to stop the steroid and just use aquaphor and took off all the tapes. I think he finally realized that it was a tape allergy and not my body rejecting the implant. I'm not sure why they did the tape test on me and use a different tape during surgery. Obviously, they didn't put it in my chart or communicate with each other about it. So beware if you have a tape allergies. I'm almost 3 months post op and my skin is just now finally healing from the tape reaction. I noticed that the implant on my right breast where I had a lift and reduction kept moving into my armpit and slides up when I lay down and to the side. I addressed my concerns to him. I told him I think my pocket is too big so it's causing my implant to move around. He told me no it's because I'm dominant on my right hand so I need to continue to wear my surgical bra and no lifting or exercising. Did exactly what he told me to do. Came back a few weeks later reminded him again that my breast implant is still moving around and is very uncomfortable because I constantly would have to keep pushing it in, which is not right. He looked at it and said it still needs to drop and told me to stretch them and that to come back in a few weeks and left the room. I told the nurse I'm not sure why it's moving like that and she told me the pocket might be too big and asked me if I got the mesh. I said yes I did and I'm not sure why it's doing this if there's a mesh in there that's supposed to hold everything together. She told me to just remind him again when I come in a month and she told me that he said to keep doing my stretches. A month went by, did my stretches like he told me to do. Came in today reminded him again about the implant moving around and he said implants are supposed to move around and blamed it on me being right hand dominant again. He told me to not stretch on my right side and just do the left side. I said to him you told me to stretch both side the last time I was here and he said because it was tight the last time. Mind you, my right breast pocket was never tight! I'm not sure why my concerns were not charted and that he needed to be reminded every time. Everyone I know that got their breast aug done are right handed and they never had this issue. All he told me was we can't do anything now. I would have to wait until everything heals. Besides the breast pocket being too big, One breast is still bigger than the other side so it's pulling down. One nipple is larger than the other one and no cleavage because they are uneven and going to the side. Least to say, I always leave his office feeling disappointed because my concerns were just brushed off and never addressed.
