At this point, I have permanent dark discoloration beneath my eyes, prominent veins that were not previously visible, asymmetry, and worsening of the hollow appearance I paid to have corrected. In building up the cheeks, which was not the service I requested, this made the hollows even more sunken than before. The entire tear trough area has a dark grey line from the nose to the outer eye. The fat transfer to my hands did not take, making that ineffective as well. I am worse off now than I was before and have to find a new doctor to fix this mess. Do not recommend, check his reviews.

I woke up from the surgery in discomfort, but no real pain. Mind you, I have a high tolerance for pain, but you'll also be given a nerve block that lasts 72 hours--pretty sure it lasted longer for me. I'm going to be completely honest and tell you that I was regretting my life choices for the first few weeks after surgery because I was so miserable with swelling--not pain, swelling. Swell hell is real, and you will definitely deal with it after lipo. Also, sleeping upright was a nightmare because I could never get comfortable, plus, I was waking up with a headache every morning, but I attribute that to poor neck alignment. Once I got over these humps, it wasn't smooth sailing, but it was better. Once I was more mobile and able to do more things for myself, healing really progressed. I'm now six weeks post op, and I'm about 85% better. And while I'm still swollen, I am snatched, honey! My waist wasn't this small before I had children! So, I say all this to say: if you're thinking of having any work done, run, don't walk to Dr. Okoro and crew! They are knowledgeable and skilled, and you'll get the body you've dreamed of in no time. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken on a 20-minute unsolicited tour of the entire clinic by a staff member who spent the entire time preaching about the practice's positive reviews--it felt like a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a medical consultation. I did not request or need this tour. After the tour, I was placed in a waiting room before being taken for before photos of my lips, even though no procedure was agreed upon or performed. I then waited another 10 minutes before Dr. Lee entered the room. The consultation itself lasted only 10 minutes, during which Dr. Lee mentioned that he was unsure whether he would have images to share of his surgical lip lift work due to not having patient's consent. I understand, but ultimately this is a red flag for transparency. It should have been communicated by the office prior to paying the consultation fee that he had no images of previous work regarding this surgery that he could share. He also expressed concerns about scarring on someone as young as me (24) and stated that he doesn't rush into surgery, which left me confused about the purpose of the consultation in the first place. At the end of the visit, a woman at the front desk provided me with an estimate of over $3,000 for the procedure. Despite this, there was no follow-up from the office regarding images, next steps, or scheduling. Instead, I received seven emails asking me to leave a review--an obvious attempt to manipulate ratings rather than address patient concerns. When I called two weeks later to request a refund for the $150 consultation fee, the staff member argued with me about the amount of time I spent in the office, including the unnecessary tour and photo session. This behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. She noted that consultation fees are non-refundable. The entire experience left me with a very negative impression. The lack of transparency, the aggressive sales tactics, and the complete disregard for follow-up care make me question the integrity of this practice. Do not waste your time or money here.

They charge per section rather than units. Find a place that charges per unit, becuase everyone is different when it comes to the amount of units needed. The gentleman who administered the botox was MR DEPEW. He did 2 sections, my forehead and 11 lines. He is clearly VERY INEXPERIENCED. He injected way too much botox, and it caused my eyebrows to drop dramatically. He hooded my eyes so bad, I could barely open them. The skin is sagging so much, that my eyelashes began to hold the skin up. I've been in pain, I can barely open my eyes, they're so heavy, and I look 20 years older. They sag so much that it start creating bags under my eyes. So instead of having a flawless look from botox, I've got extremely hooded eyes, and look sooooo much older. I should have ran out the door when he was manically telling me how he injects himself with botox all the time. He seemed a little to excited to be doing the treatment, bc he put way too much in my forehead. He told me after he injected me if there was an issue he would give a free touch up to fix any issues. 9 days after the botox, I called and drove 90minutes to come in and express my concerns, I showed him how bad it was, and started tugging at my very saggy eyelids. I was in tears. I told him how much pain I was in, and asked if he can raise the hooded eyes, even just a little. He said he wouldn't do anything about it, and he put too much botox in, and wouldn't put that much botox in next time. Well there won't be a next time. I called again at day 14 bc of the anxiety and pain it was causing my eyes. I was told he would call me back. This was on a Friday. And of course he never called me back. So they closed for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday. Monday I got a call from them saying I could come in and speak to him about it again. I respectfully declined at this point becuase I do not trust MR DEPEW at all to ever touch my face. Especially after he blew me off, after he promised the free touch up. He didn't keep his word. So now I'm out 550$ with my eyes looking like this for 3 months. This is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend this. They may do better work in other areas, but what happens if a problem arises, like it happened to me. Do you want them to blow you off and let you suffer? THEYRE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but once they have your money, your nothing to them...You would want someone who will correct the issue, and not act manic when injecting botox or giving you surgery. Oh well . . . I went here because, after doing a Google search, I discovered they were one of the few physician's office near me that offer XTRAC laser treatments for psoriasis (and vitiligo). I found my first visit with Dr. Gardner was fine - and I felt that he had a great bedside manner. I was a bit surprised that he didn't come back after the biopsy to tell me what to expect - because MAN - I was not prepared for the excruciating pain later that night - or the pain and sensitivity over the next few days. It was bad - even if I wiggled my ears - it sent ripples of pain across my scalp. But I digress - with the exception of one experience with one person - I found the staff to be excellent, including the front desk / scheduling team (gotta give a shout out to Denise - since she shares my name) and the PA and Nurse Practioner, Sarah and Sandy, respectively. I actually didn't think I needed a biopsy - having had one 8 years ago on the exact same spot - and Dr. Gardner 'kind of' insisted. Let's just say he 'strongly recommended' the biopsy- MULTIPLE times over the course of the 15 minutes. He said that while he certainly COULD give me steroid injections or XCTRAC treatments - but didn't want me to waste money because neither of these options had even a remote chance of working if f I didn't have psoriasis. So I did the internal eyeroll, thinking the biopsy was going to be wasting a lot of money (self-pay) for nothing and consented. Turns out - this spot that's been plaguing me for years and growing, threatening to turn me into Sherman Hemsley - the very same spot that the previous biopsy indicated that, it was psoriasis - turn's out it isn't. I saw the FNP, Sandy last Friday to remove sutures and discuss treatment for lichen simplex chronicus and I'm hopeful that they can help get my scalp back to a normal, healthy condition.

Many of the photos I saw online frightened me. The results looked so unnatural! I wanted smaller implants & a very soft and natural look. My favorite photos were of women who had the newer dual plane technique. It was a surprise & delight to find out that two of my friends, one who had her implants changed for new ones, & one who had breast reduction, a breast lift, & a little bit of augmentation, were both patients of Dr McNeel. Both of them have such natural looking results that I instantly knew that he was my guy and MPS was the place to go. My former career was in the medical field. So when I tell you that the care & service and communication was THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, believe it! Dueing the initial surgical consult, I was allowed to try on different sizes of augmentation in a sports bra to decide what size I was comfortable with. The patient education showed me pre-surgery, two weeks after surgery, three months after surgery, & six months after surgery. The photos online never show this! I had my breast augmentation done October 3, 2023. I only used a little bit of pain medication, Tylenol three with codeine, for the first two days. Then I didn't need it at all! After about two weeks, I let some of my female friends know about my breast augmentation & they of course they wanted to see my new breasts. Even just two weeks after the surgery, they were astounded at how natural they look and how perfectly they fit my body. The technique that Dr. McNeel used (dual plane, 225 cc Mentor silicone for my 5' tall, 95 pound body) not only gave me very minimal bruising, which was gone within about five days, but my own breast tissue is over the bottom 1/3 of the implant & they look soft with round curvature at the bottom, full & very natural. And they haven't even finished healing & softening yet! Also, all of the surgical staff that I met with before the procedure encouraged me to bring in photographs of breast implant results that I liked. So I walked in with two pages, approximately eight or nine different breast implant procedures on other people I had found on other websites. Dr McNeel quickly identified one photo set of "before & after" where the lady was similar to me & let me know that her "look" was closest to my predicted end result, with normal variances, of course. Ladies, I have wanted breast implants for six or seven years. I did an entire years worth of research. And I scored a home run with Dr. McNeil & Marietta Plastic Surgery. Breast cancer patient under the care of Dr. Grace Ma. This…read morereview is not for cosmetic patients. It is for women navigating reconstruction after cancer, especially younger women trying to make careful, long-term decisions about their bodies during an already overwhelming time. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent mastectomy on September 3, 2025. I chose this surgeon intentionally because I did not want breast implants. From the beginning, I was clear that I wanted reconstruction using my own tissue. My goal was not to recreate what I had before, but to move forward in a way that felt livable in my body. Smaller, lighter, natural. I would have rather gone flat than have implants. Based on those conversations, I agreed to a staged reconstruction plan. I underwent mastectomy with placement of a tissue expander with the understanding that DIEP flap reconstruction would follow in about three months. My mastectomy went well. My pathology showed the best possible outcome and I had no healing complications. There was no medical reason to delay reconstruction. I continued through recovery believing the plan was moving forward. I completed a CT scan specifically for DIEP surgery. At my final appointment, I was told surgery would be scheduled and to expect a call from the nurse. After receiving no call as promised, I followed up. The following week, I received a voicemail stating that DIEP reconstruction was not covered by my insurance and implants were suggested instead. I contacted my insurer directly. They informed me no prior authorization had ever been submitted on my behalf. The procedure had never been reviewed, which also meant I had no path to appeal. I reached out to the office multiple times asking them to submit the authorization or confirm in writing that they would not, so I could move forward elsewhere. I received no response. As a result, I have been left for months in the expander stage of reconstruction, which is supposed to be temporary. It is painful, physically limiting, and not something you can simply adjust to. I cannot sleep on my side. I have ongoing discomfort and shoulder pain. This has gone on far beyond what I agreed to. Eventually I had no choice but to leave and find a new surgeon, restarting reconstruction mid-process. That should not happen in the middle of cancer care. This was not a medical complication. It was a breakdown in communication and follow-through that left me without access to the reconstruction I had planned and consented to. It also reflects a failure to respect clearly stated patient goals. I filed complaints with my insurance, my state senators, and the Insurance Commissioner. The Commissioner's office investigated and determined that the barrier to my care was the responsibility of my provider, not my insurer. Today the medical board informed me that my complaint falls outside their jurisdiction and referred me to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. We are talking about cancer treatment and my body btw, yes, the body I live in and am always aware of. Women are not lifeless objects that have no thoughts or feelings. My cancer reconstruction should not be in the same category as a microwave oven but that is where becoming a client of Peachtree Plastic Surgery has led me. If you are a breast cancer patient considering reconstruction, do not assume that statements about what is or is not covered are final. Confirm that a prior authorization has actually been submitted and reviewed. Get everything in writing. I would not recommend this surgeon if your goal is autologous reconstruction or if you do not want implants. I am sharing this as a warning so that other women do not find themselves in the same position.

She took me to my room and explained everything thoroughly. The room was VERY CLEAN. The B/P cuffs are new with every patient, measuring taps new with every patient, gowns wrapped new in plastic. Thick cleansing cloths used pre surgery. I've was started first stick. Everything g flowed like a fine tuned watch. Anesthia had a Dr as well as An Nurse Anestatist and Two anesthesia assistants that came and introduced themselves. Dr. Ma came in and fully discussed the entire procedure. On first meeting her I knew she was the one for me. Kind, gentle, intelligent, thorough and more then capable. Her entire team... VERY thorough and professional. I was initially nervous but with their professionalism and genuine caring I felt at total ease. 11:00 I was wheeled into OR. I was given "Happy juice" so I didn't have a care in the world!! Next thing I knew 11:30 I was fully dressed in my room. Absolutely no pain. I was wheeled to my husband's car and off we went. It is now 8 hours since my breast implants were removed. I have NO pain!!! They ordered me pain med but so I don't need it. So arrived at 0930. In surgery 1100 out of surgery 1136 left for home 1230!!!! Amazing. What a team....
