They said that this time it was my heater core and has quoted me $940 before tax, couple days later he called me back saying it's gonna be another $100+ for a recharge. I agreed with the price despite just dumping $500-600 a couple weeks prior. my car has been with them since August 18th and is currently still working on this issue. when I call for an update the response that I received is the same " yeah I'm working on it right now. This is a big job. It's gonna take some time to do." then proceeds to ask me if I'm able to come down and look at their progress. Coming down to look at the progress doesn't really help me when I just need to know when my car is going to be done this is already been very costly. Within the last few weeks. I just don't understand how I have continue to wait over a week for a job that does not take this long when it could've originally been fixed when I took the car in the first time two weeks ago when I paid the five to $600 The issue of overheating. Whenever I call for an update, there are always seems to be some sort of unprofessional tone or manner being spoken as if they are annoyed or frustrated with me calling and checking on my car. And every time I call just the same response that the job takes a long time and that it should be done, but keeps taking longer and longer and will not be back again. And the first thing that they said to me is." we're not like other people we don't try to rip you off." Definitely did not get that vibe from this compan.

They did a phenomenal job on my breaks and even something as simple as an oil change they still took to time to change the filter and put air in my tires. Talked with Josh at drop off about it and was told, well if anything else happens why your car is here we didn't do a diagnostic so it's not looked at. (Sounds fishy) Get in my car after the repairs and now suddenly the power steering pump is whining like it's being deprived of power steering fluid. Now Brady says "well, you didn't want to pay for the diagnosis. So we can't tell you what's wrong." It was NOT having any issues with my power steering BEFORE I took it in and now suddenly overnight the pump went out when it was perfectly fine yesterday and the belt was replaced a month ago. Make it make sense. I feel like they pinched a line or did something to sabotage my power steering to get more money from me. I decided to take my car home anyways but the whole way it was SCREAMING!! I will be getting a second opinion about this!! Let me also be perfectly clear!! There were NO issues with my power steering BEFORE I took my car in. I've had it looked at 2 times in AZ and once here in Cleveland by Toyota only a month ago when they replaced the belt for the power steering. The rack and pinion needed replaced before the boots were torn and you can't just replace the boots.

Since the car was within the warranty limits, they called and advised me to take my car to Honda. When I picked up the car, they said that there was no charge. I believe that you can feel safe taking your car here for work.

The fine folks at Lewis Automotive gave me a great deal on a remote car starter. I called around and stopped into a few places and got some quotes. They were 100$ less expensive then anywhere else. Great customer service! They did not try to up sell me. They started from the lowest price and let me decide what best fit my needs. I got a starter that is good from 2000+ feet. So when I am at work I can start my ghetto sled from inside my huge corporate building. Another great thing about this place they were able to do it the day I wanted, none of this make an appointment crap. They were referred by my dealership to do the work. Keep in mind to have this done correctly it takes time and you will want someone with experience. When a dealership does not want to take on work you know it is not easy! My friend who is the closest person to MacGyvern that I know will not touch these. I also saw that this place does all sorts of auto repairs, auto stereos that will wake your neighbors up, and super fly rims, Yeah Boyeee! So now I will have a toasty warm car all winter long while the rest of you suckas freeze! I pidy the foo who does not have one!

I would get these awesome little text updates with links where I could see what was being done, and I could make the decision on what to do next! Now this is what technology should be used for!
