Instead of changing the front tires, they ordered me and attempted to charge me for 4 new tires. We sorted that situation out and I received my new front tires. Then, I had another car in to the same shop. I scheduled a time online to have work done. After dropping the car off as scheduled, I returned in 90 minutes to find the car where I left it with no work started. I ask the counter person about the car and they said the shop is first come, first serve. Why have online appointments? A waste if 90 minutes. Today I find out that the new front tires installed in March by the Mavis shop in Bolivia NC cannot be removed since the lugnuts were over tightened. I will never step into another Mavis Shop. Your incompetence is mind numbing.
