I am so grateful to have found Advanced Body Concepts! I was missing my summer body and stumbled upon this place via Groupon and luckily it's located really close to my apartment! I've completed six laser lipo treatments in my abdomen area and saw positive results after just the fourth treatment! You need to come in with realistic expectations: in addition to the treatments, you will need to work out, drink LOTS of water, and watch what you eat. I've been working with Heidi who is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the process. She can provide you with tips regarding nutritional foods and the best part is, there's no pressure to starve yourself. I am currently undergoing the fat cavitation treatments and I am loving the results. The space is located within Miss Knockout on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot which is super convenient. They are open late so the hours are easy to work with and the facility is clean and comfortable. The treatments are not painful at all, the laser lipo is pretty relaxing, with warm pads strapped around your treatment area. The fat cavitation is a little noisy, but bearable. It's also warm, but comfortable. I personally find both treatments relaxing. If you're thinking about getting back into shape, this is a great place to start. But like I usually do when I want to try a new place for something....I called first. I've been a business owner and I've done Groupon. You get basically nothing and a bunch of cheap people trying to get a deal. What I don't like is businesses like this " claiming covid" charging people a $44 cancelation fee without a way to cancel or have a human answer the phone. The machine is down they said... how funny. Groupon advised me that they could not deny service unless they put that in writing, so I just ignored what the man that called me had said and continued to schedule my appointments. I haven't really noticed much of a change, but the techs are very professional and friendly. I went in on a groupon. Was met with a consultant whom advised that the treatment would not be effective until after 6 or more treatments. I bought the package with a $250.00 down payment plus $93 for each procedure costing over $1000.00. I have now completed treatment with no change. I did all of the 40 minutes procedures with cavitation and paddles which are supposed to be the most effective for fat loss. I was also charged a $44.00 late fee for canceling my appointment during one of the worst air quality days due the the fires, which due to unhealthy air quality and our governor advising we stay inside. I do respect the 24 hour notice policy, however during Covid and 36 fires going on in Oregon, there was no flexibility. The technicians were very sweet and did their best to give a good treatment, unfortunately it was waste of time and money. NO RESULTS! read more

Before I knew about their cancellation policy, I had to change an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. Without ever having stepped foot into the business even once, the owner charged my credit card $44. The owner stated the cancellation policy is on their website and I should have known better. I went back to the website and the cancellation policy is buried in text and hard to notice. The owner doesn't seem to understand how much he is hurting his own business with his behavior. It was such a great experience getting a Hydrafacial from Jessica. My skin feels so moisturized and clean. I also did a thermalift treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. I purchased a 7 session package for laser lipo + fat cavitation for $1000 to address a problem area on my hips. I understood that results vary significantly, and set the bar pretty low for expectations. I was not expecting a miracle or any significant fat loss - I only wanted to smooth out the hips a bit. I saw absolutely NO results whatsoever. I took before, during, and after photos. Nothing. Nada. Zip. I discussed with my technician, and while she was empathetic and made some adjustments, there were still no results, and no further solutions offered. I emailed asking for either a refund or additional sessions. No response. It's a complete waste of money, and poor customer service. read more

Bought a Groupon in January for a procedure and made an appointment to use it on Monday March 16th. That was the start of the pandemic really ramping up. I intended to keep the appointment but information about the corona virus over the weekend changed my mind. I decided that morning to cancel my appointment because it did not seem like a good idea to go ahead with it. They charged my credit card a $44 cancellation fee because I gave less than 24 hours notice. That did not seem appropriate given the circumstances. I have asked twice for a refund with no response. I'm done with businesses that have poor customer service. read more
