I was very much enjoying my facial. And even agreed to an additional mask, and was told it would be a $50 upcharge, which I agreed to. I left the room thinking I need to do this regularly because I enjoyed it so much, but when I got to the front desk to check out, the additional mask was more than I was quoted. When I asked about it, she acknowledged that I was quoted wrong and just kinda shrugged it off. While the difference in price was just $25 more, frankly I would not have said yes if I was told it was a $75 upcharge. That would have put it out of my budget, and out of my psychological comfort of an impulse purchase. So instead of honoring the price quoted, I will instead not return, so they will lose a potential long term customer. read more

Great service and gorgeous, peaceful setting. Both service providers I interacted with were super nice and down-to-earth. I got the microcurrent facial. (Apparently they have the same machine that Madonna uses!) It was painless to me, so they could use the highest level of current. The sensation was similar to when you smile a bunch - a tiny bit sore, but no pain. My face looked noticeably lifted afterwards and my skin was glowing. I'm super happy with the results and will definitely go back when I can afford it. read more
